Description of Work: With all the great reviews, I made an appointment for an estimate with Luis. Unfortunately it never happened. 15 minutes before I was expecting him, he left a message questioning if I still need his services. I never gave any indication that I didn't. When I retrieved the message I called and he texted that he couldn't talk, could he call me later. Later? you are supposed to be here. When we finally spoke at the end of the window of time he said he would be here, he stated he would be there in 10 or 15 minutes. Well, I had to go to work and scheduled this when I thought it was a good time for him and myself. Extremely disappointing when trying to get work done and people don't respect your time and show up.

Description of Work: Luis and his team did a very nice job installing a storm drain in our back yard. It is very professional looking and functional.

Description of Work: He was supposed to come fix a brick wall. We made an appointment for the following day. I stayed home. He never came. He never called. I called another firm and they came right away and fixed the problem.

Description of Work: put up a 40ft by 5ft 4x8x16 block wall

Description of Work: Install adobe blocks to increase the height of an existing wall and resurface mortar work done by another contractor. The same crew also did stone work, i.e., the alignment of stones around a drive way. They also mortared in beach pebbles around a fountain. The work was all done in a timely fashion.

Description of Work: Called business phone and left message requesting an estimate to build a slump block wall approx 35 feet long and 20 inches high. Mr Rojo called back approx 2 hours later and said he could be out the next day at 4 pm. Next day 4pm no show - called at 4:30pm to advise he was held up at another job and was on his way. Arrived at 5pm took measurements and said he would be by the next afternoon with a written estimate and some sample blocks. No show/no call next day (Friday). Called on following Monday to give estimate over phone. I advised need written estimate and sample blocks he promised. Mr Rojo said he would sotp by at 9am next day. Arrived at 10:30am with written estimate and samples.

Description of Work: Luis and his guys built up our block wall from the existing 3 feet tall, and extended upwards to approx 6 feet tall. We had him use the same color and style of block that was already there. Although the weather was cold and rainy during the week that they were there to work on the wall, they would show up early before the nasty weather showed up. It took them approx a week to complete the project, which was the amount of time that Luis had originally estimated it would take. The wall looks beautiful. Also, Luis and his crew cleaned up after the project was done. They were very professional and I plan on using them again in the near future.

Description of Work: I had a large cement pad poured with a 4 foot wall on 3 sides and one down the middle.
