Jaco, the tech., was quick to respond to the inquire, Appointment was set, but I had to cancel due to an out of town medical emergency, On re-contact, Jaco worked with us and set a convenient appointment. He arrived at the specified time assessed the problem but had to leave to get the cable he needed, Arrived back and completed the repair and had the cooler running fine.

Jaco and the two young men who came to install my AC/furnace were very professional, hard working, and knowledgeable about this project. They took time to answer any questions I had. I certainly have already recommended them to neighbors.

First of all the Tech. was there on time. He did a thorough job. vacuumed the unit, had to replace the pads. In this city the water is so hard areo cool pads are freaken expensive. He completely took apart the unit and cleaned a lubed everything. I wish I could remember his name, I Know he gave it to me, just forgot it. I would definitely use them from now on. Will have them come out in Winter to wrap it up for me. All in all a great experience.

I purchased a used split ac unit in really great shape and was looking for someone to install it. I didnt want to spend a lot of money on a new unit as I might be selling/renting my house in next year. Jacko came out and gave me an estimate and inspected the units condition. He mentioned he doesnt usually install used units but considering how well the one I purchased looked he said he would do it. He gave me an estimate on site and It was a little over my budget as the unit took the old R22 type freon. Which would of been lower in cost if it had the newer type. It took a good day for the install and everything went great!

For those new to Tucson and finding it difficult to complile a list of reliable service companies, I recommend putting Los Andes at the top of the list for heating and cooling. I called, a real person answered, he showed up when he said he would, gave me a written estimate, came back the next day and completed the work in a timely and efficient manner. Knowledgeable, reliable, professional and what a work ethic! You could not ask for more.
