Description of Work: We used Michael Block as our Buyer's representative to sell our home. He is very knowledgeable and responsive. Our home went under contract 1 hour after it was on the market! He is extremely personable and comfortable to deal with. I highly recommend him.

+ -1 moreWe started looking for a house in late December 2011. At the time the market in Tucson and where we wanted to buy was saturated with distressed homes. After five months of looking and 4 short sales that didn't work out; we stopped looking for awhile. Mark was with us every step of the way and when we decided to wait a little while he gave us breathing room. We resumed our hunt in late August and by soon found THE house. We've owned several homes over the years, but this was the easiest purchase ever!
Description of Work: Mark Finchem and his team went above and beyond the call of duty to help us find a house. It was a long process in this market and we are thrilled with the outcome. He truly worked to put us in the RIGHT house!
