It went very well. He did not charge us the full service charge since there was nothing wrong with the opener and we very much appreciated that. He could have easily said it had all sorts of problems and we would not have known the difference. We are considering adding an opener to the other garage door and will definitely call Anthony to do the work. He is very pleasant and professional.

Anthony came the same day I called, brought the replacement part, and replaced it quickly. He also took time to check a second garage door and made some adjustments. His price was lower than what I paid a competitor for the same work about 4 years ago. He was very competent and courteous.

I had difficulty in getting the garage door to close without holding the main switch until the door was fully down. Called C & R because of the ratings on Angie's List. I explained the problem to Anthony and he said he would be right over to examine and fix the problem. He arrived within 20 minutes, examined the door, and, with my approval, set about to adjust it. Through the process he discovered the gear was very worn. Showed it to me. Agreed to fix it immediately. He was most professional, knowledgeable, and competent. The door works better than it ever has.

We called late on a Sunday. Anthony called back within an hour. He told us he could come immediately or we could save some money and wait until early Monday morning. We opted to wait until early Monday morning and saved about $35. He came on time. He was informative about the problem and able to repair the problem within 30 minutes. We paid for parts as well.

Anthony was very professional. He came over the same day to give an estimate. He was the first person to tell us that we didn't need a new door we could repair the old door. We decided to get a new door anyway. The door arrive 21/2 weeks later, at which time Anthony called to schedule an installation. He was at my home at the schedule time, actually before time. He install the door and we haven't had any problems.

Called in the morning, work was completed at the end of the day.

Anthony showed up promptly; he understood that I didn't have the funds to do all the recommended work. He prioritized the tasks needed and left me with a good idea what to budget for future work.

Anthony did a great job fixing one garage door that kept getting stuck and doing some basic maintenance on the second door. Both work perfectly now. Anthony knows what he's doing and gets the job done quickly. Very pleasant guy.
