Liz Nguyen was exceptional in every regard. She listened carefully and helped me narrow my search. She emailed listings that I could find through the traditional online listing services and whe was seemingly available 24/7. She's smart and made me laugh with her clever humor. I made an offer on a house that seemed to fit my needs to a T. However, at the home inspection several unpleasant surprises turned up. Liz was immediately on my side when I decided not to buy that house. She pivoted and found me a better house that passed inspection with ease. She not only negotiated a great offer and counters, but also several addendums. When my loan application process took a few unexpected turns, Liz was right there, getting approvals on the addendum I needed. She's highly professional and approachable, but her skills at every phase of the home-buying process were deeply appreciate. I would recommend Liz to any buyer or seller without reservation.

I found out that she was a realtor which was perfect timing because my husband and I were looking to purchase our first home. She gave me her card and immediately started us on the process of getting approved for the home loan. Derrick and John Polder at Nova Home Loans handled our home loan and got us approved for a 150,000 dollar home loan even when we didn't think we could get approved. Once we were approved Liz had already found a bunch of listings that were in our price range and in the area we wanted. She was extremely professional and did not waste our time, she took us personally to each property and explained to us all the pros and cons of each property. She helped us understand the horribly confusing process of purchasing a house and she was with us every step of the way.I've had experiences with other realtors where they are not very personable and just give you their code to go view houses on your own. Liz was not that way at all. She helped lead us to the perfect starter home for me and my family. Liz is very nice, very sweet, and funny. She treats you like she has known you her entire life and therefore provides the absolute best the way she would if we were family. But don't let her pretty face fool you, she is a hardcore professional and gets what she wants when it comes to business. By the end of our experience with Liz we did not have to pay any closing costs or out of pocket expenses (besides the earnest money- a portion of which was refunded) and that was only because of Liz. I recommend Liz Nguyen to everyone seeking to purchase a house, she will not let you down and she will work so hard for you that it will make you feel a little guilty hahaha. Liz is excellent, you will not be disappointed.
