+ -1 moreService professional arrived within 5 minutes of last part of service window. He diagnosed the problem but could not provide information regarding replacement product (warranty, in-stock). I was told somebody would call me with that information. When I asked for a time frame for that call the service professional became defensive and said he could only pass on the information but could not tell me when I would get a call.
Description of Work: Service is scheduled through a national number. The wait time was >10 minutes to schedule and >5 minutes to confirm time of appointment. Appointments are scheduled for 4 hours window. This is below standards for most national companies who usually provide 2 hours window.

They did not have any type of pool attachments or anything, they only get things like that one time a year and the warehouse ideas hasn’t sent it to them, so they didn’t have any kind of hoses or seals or anything. There were some kids working there they didn’t know how to use the attachments or where to get them, they didn’t have any information.
Description of Work: I went to their store to buy some fittings for the pool.

+ -1 moreThey were helpful and courteous and everything. I liked it because it was convenient and they were knowledgeable. I have no dislikes.
Description of Work: I used Leslie's Pool Service. I've been to it only twice. I go to the one on Tanque Varde. I bought my pool supplies there. No issues have occurred after I bought the supplies.
