I bought a house with a pool which I never had before. I continued to use the pool equipment maintenance company the previous owner had used. Scheduling was very frustrating, done by an indifferent staff in some remote call center. It always took several weeks to get an appt, even if there was an urgent need such as broken equipment. You can't talk directly to any repair people and there is a large minimum charge for them just to come out. The technician always showed up on time, was polite, and acted confident. However, I discovered over time that he had been giving me bad advice and had installed some new equipment wrong in spite of the manufacturer sending detailed instructions which he apparently didn't bother to read. His bad advice included very simple things such as telling me to recharge the filter with 1/6 as much material as the manufacturer recommends. This is clearly printed right on the outside of the filter. I should have been more careful to read that and other information for myself instead of relying on his "expertise." As a result, for the first three years I had the pool I had problems with equipment and cloudy water. Finally I wised up and got a referral for another company who have done a much better job, are much more responsive, and the pool system is finally working well.

THE MEN ARE ALWAYS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, AND WE TRUST THAT THEY WILL DO THEIR JOB TO THE BEST OF THEIR ABILITY. THEIR PRICE IS ALSO REASONABLE, SO THAT IS ANOTHER REASON WHY WE KEEP THEM.
