Brian Bauerelen estimated and gave us his bid within a couple of days. When I accepted the bid I was told that they had a backlog of several weeks. I told them that there was no urgency and we set the day for someday in February. I was called later on by a John and told that the date would be on the 17th of Feb. On the 17th a crew arrived and began work immediately. The entire job took two days and Brian came up later and inspected the job and wanted to know if there was anything else I wanted done. Overall I was very happy with the entire process and the handling of the job.

Showed up every day at 8 AM & worked until 3:30 each day. Completed the job in four straight days. Very professional, neat, & thorough. Would use again.

Brian came to our house to check whether we needed any roof repair / reroofing due to potential storm damage. He provided information on the condition of the roof, how to prevent damage and further the life of the current roof, and indicated when a new roof would be needed. He was very forthcoming and honest, and even offered to correct a small tear in one of our shingles while he was inspecting the roof. I will definitely use this company when we are ready to replace our roof.

I've had a leak coming into my kitchen downstairs for a year now. Sometimes water comes in when it rains and sometimes it doesn't. Bryan from Lee Hoffman came out about 6 weeks ago and said my roof looked fine, but that I had a crack under an upstairs window. He caulked it for me, and said if the leak continues, we'll know it was something else. Today he came back (because the leak had continued sporadically) and he ran water on my roof and on my window. We discovered that the problem is that my window itself is leaking. It is so surprising in this day and age to find someone with so much integrity and who is willing to go way above and beyond the call of duty. I don't need roofing services today, but when I do in the future, I will know exactly who to call. I am telling everyone how wonderful Lee Hoffman is.

They did a great job, everything went really smooth. They were in and out in two days, and did exactly what they said they would. There were no surprises, and I would recommend them to anyone.

They did an inspection so I could find out what was going on with my roof. It is an insurance matter. He hasn't given me an estimate yet.

They had good quality shingles, friendly and knowledgeable about their services. They were prompt with getting the estimate to the insurance company and the work started as soon as they agreed to pay their share. The crew was out on time and work hard at getting the job done. They were proficient at their jobs and very polite. The site supervisor Charlie executed his crews work in a well organized fashion. I would recommend them to anyone.

It was good. The time they scheduled they arrived and it cost the amount they said it was. It was done on time.

Everyone I dealt with (the receptionist, estimator, and crew) were very friendly and answered all my questions. The job went perfectly, they were fast, efficient and thorough. Two days later we had a rain storm...no problems!

Called for an estimate. They don't take new clients. They only do work on house they have worked on before at this time. At least they were upfront with it.

I am very happy with the work done by Lee Hoffman Roofing, Inc. Oscar was very professional and informative. He answered all of my questions and was great to work with. Lee Hoffman Roofing could have charged me a lot more money than what they did. It was a simple repair job and they charged accordingly. This shows honestly and integrity on their part. They have a customer for life.

I called to set a time to get an estimate and was told they weren't taking calls for estimates. She asked if they had done work for me previously and the answer was no they had not. I asked when they might be setting appointments for estimates, and was told probably about 3 weeks. I thought well ok it won't be summertime for the roofers yet, so asked her to go ahead and put me on the calendar for that timeframe. She said no, I would have to call back in 2 weeks or so. I think I'm getting the picture; I call back in 2-3 weeks and same story. So no I won't be calling back. If they are that busy either hire more help or put on their listing NOT TAKING NEW CUSTOMERS AT THIS TIME!

We got estimates from four companies -- each took a different approach to repairing our roof leak. We felt that Scott's approach seemed the most thorough and logical. The pricing was very reasonable. Their workers arrived on time and were very friendly and helpful, taking time to explain what they were doing whenever we asked. They completed the work on time and did a good job of cleaning up.

Lee Hoffman's roofing team did a fantastic job. Our house is large, (3,400 sq" + 1,100 sq" garage, & two large porches), and the team was able to complete the job in 4 days with out any problems at all. I will recommend Lee Hoffman to my friends when they are in need of a new roof.

The crew was on time and completed the job in a couple of days. The only downside was the final cleanup crew. They did a ok job, not a great job. I would use this company again.

I called to schedule a repair of my roof as shingles had blown off. Was told they only do complete roofs and NOT REPAIR. Why do they list repair of wind blown shingles in their description?

John provided our estimate and we set up a time to get the roof replaced. The estimate was complete and clear as to what to expect, and competitive with the multiple other estimates we received. The price seemed fair for the work done. When they arrived, the foreman rang the doorbell to let us know he and the rest of the crew were on the premises. John was good about informing us of any changes in the time frame (it rained during the construction) and about replacing the roof jacks from the crummy aluminum ones the original builder used to the more hearty lead ones better for longevity. We appreciated the clean roof lines, professional manner, and cleanliness of the crew (who cleaned up every item each evening). They even covered our driveway with plastic under their construction vehicle to keep the driveway clean. We will recommend them if anyone asks for a roofing contractor. We appreciated being able to use the Angie's List coupon as well.

Totally professional crew of 7 arrived on time, worked efficiently to complete the job in one day! They were courteous, answered all questions and cleaned up all the tar and materials. The paint crew arrived a few days later to finish the last coat.

Everything went as planned. Prompt, courteous, quality service with no surprises. They were quick with providing various estimates (different options) and followed through with quality work.

I got three bids for this work and would have chosen Lee Hoffman Roofing even if they had not been the lowest price. We had some minor leaks and they were the only ones who suggested the option of doing a partial repair in the affected area (at a lower cost of course). They also were the only ones who said they would re-use as many tiles as possible - all the others wanted to replace all of them. That probably explains why the other two bidders were $4000 and $9000 higher for redoing the whole roof, which is what we chose to do. You read that right - the highest bidder was twice the price. The workers showed up on time every day, were happy to explain what they were finding (no bad news), and completed the job on time. They cleaned up each day and the finished product is very well done. We couldn't be happier with the entire process and highly recommend Lee Hoffman Roofing.

The price was a little bit lower. I wasn't here at the time when they came by. They looked at the roof and estimated it but he left a brochure and all these information and why he thought what needed to be done.

The shingles on the roof were 24 years old, and ventilation in the attic was nonexistent. The roof was torn down to the wooden boards, some of which had to be replaced. The special project for the roof was adding overall circulation so that the attic could be properly vented - special ventilation was added to the roof about one-third of the way from the bottom both front and back with venting all along the roof's ridge, allowing for circular venting. (Preston Insulation had recommended this to improve attic circulation and venting.) The employees kept the garden beds pretty much cleared of debris, there was minimal damage to my plants, and there was overall clean up of sawdust, etc., once the work was completed. Oscar was the liaison.

I telephoned to schedule a roof inspection since it had been a while since any work had been done. They informed me they are not accepting new customers.

Work place was kept clean and neat. Roof looked great when complete. We're very pleased. roofers arrived on time, kept job site clean and neat. Any questions were answered right away. Job was completed quickly. Peak tiles were packed with concrete to keep critters out. Roof looks great! Reasonable price.

They were great and friendly. They showed up on time. I am using them again for another job.
