Not pressure where job was done and several contractors group was there during job.

i called on a wed for a quote. Oscar was out on that Friday. the office sent a quote via email and snail mail. i sent the proposal back and by that wed John had called to set up for work to start that Friday. the work was finished on following Monday. John came out on tuesday to inspect the job.i have never been more impressed with a company. from office staff to field workers they were all very courteous and professional. I had called another company before Lee Hoffman for a quote and they never returned my call. in a time when it doesn't appear that companies give a crap Lee Hoffman really does. the job went smoothly with no drama. i would highly recommend this company.

good response time and easy to deal with

They documented everything on paper of what they were going to do. What they said they were going to do for the price they quoted, is what we got. We were real happy with that. They did a high quality job. They will come check on the roof yearly at no charge.

First I would highly recommend this Company. They was not the lowest of three bids, but the representative listened to what I wanted done as opposed to the other bidders that after I told them what I wanted they said, “ this is what we are going to do” . Another bidder keep telling me as I was stating what I wanted done, “well that is extra and that is extra”. I didn’t care what was extra, I just wanted a price. The job took three days and at the end of each day there was a complete clean up to the point that if you didn’t look at the roof and know a roofing job was in process you would never know they had a presents there. Every criterion in the contract was met or exceeded. I was very impressed with their employee’s work ethic. The onsite supervisor works on the installation and several times during the day job managers would stop by to assure all was proceeding as planned. My house needed a lot of small, but detailed work performed to get it in A-1 shape. I now have a very sharp great looking roof.

It went well. I can't say enough good about Lee Hoffman Roofing. In a single day they tore the old roof off, replaced the skylights and put the new one on. A couple of days later they did another coat of painting. About a year later, the paint was blistering. One phone call took care of it. No arguments or additional charges, just an apology. They stood up to their warranty. I would use them again and recommend them.

The service described above was for my in-laws place of residence,but since I am now a member on Angies List and looking for some reliable contacts for some home projects,I thought I would give a shout out to Lee Hoffman Roofing.They did an excellent job on their roof.They replaced all of their rotted wood,cleaned the grounds of their debris before leaving,and the crew was very courteous towards them.All and all my in-laws had nothing but good things to say about them and they will definitely use them again if they have any other roofing concerns.

They were on time and very prompt. They were very, very clean. We had one broken light on our garage due to an accident and they took it and repaired it. They returned it to us within two days. They did a great job and we are very pleased.

The quote was for $1400. It was very good. They were also recommended by a neighbor.

Great Job, at a reasonable price compared to other quotes

Their estimator (Scott Smith) was by far the most thorough of all the individuals to come to my home and provide estimates. He spent more time on my roof (in the hot Arizona sunshine) than anyone else and when he came down he presented me with a hand drawn schematic of my entire roof with complete measurements - no one else devoted as much time nor even came close to his attention to detail. He made it clear there would be additional cost involved depending on how much wood needed to be replaced and how much hardware (lead plumbing jacks - sheet metal plumbing jacks - aluminum T-tops) was used. The final bill exceeded his estimate by $638.00, which I believe is reasonable and understandable. They showed up on the first day with two large trucks with scissor lifts and a crew of perhaps 8 - 10 individuals. The roof was stripped on the first day and from there a crew of three men (one of whom was the crew foreman) worked for about 6 hours per day resurfacing my roof in a manner that exceeded industry standards (using a 12" overlap when applying the felt underlayment - only 6" is required). This company's attention to detail didn't stop with their estimator. They took care when replacing my broken tiles to place the new replacement tiles in an area where color differences could not be observed from the street and tinted the mortar so it more closely matched the color of my roof tiles. I supplied the paint and they painted all newly installed fascia boards. They even painted an area with existing (not replaced) wood not called for in the estimate. The one area where they could have done a better job was in clean-up. They walked the perimeter of my home at the end of every day and picked up fallen debris, nails, etc. In their defense, it was hot and it was at the end of the day. This company is thoroughly professional. There were no surprises - and no up front costs (several other companies wanted 50% payment up front). I was even allowed to pay by means of credit card (earning me substantial reward points). To the extent having one's roof replaced can be said to be a pleasant experience - it was. I am most pleased and while I am not a big spender, I gave the 3 men who resurfaced my roof $60.00 each. Suffice it to say, no one tips if they are not pleased with the service.
