+ -1 moreIt came out beautifully. Jack got it all done for significant savings over another highly rated landscape service. Jack could have stayed on top of some of the details better but overall we were very pleased. Over the years Jack has done work on other homes in our neighborhood and all were satisfied with the quality and the price. Jack stands behind his work and the work of his subs.
Description of Work: Jack did a full redesign and installation of our back yard including a full block kitchen, large brick patio with multiple stairs a retaining wall, specialized drainage, fencing and subcontracted a pool with Pima pools.

Description of Work: They removed old lawn and installed artificial turf. They also rerouted drip system and removed old sprinkler heads along with rerouting lighting wires. They did an excellent job of removal and cleanup. A very professional operation and it looks great.

+ -1 moreWhen Jack I met up at 4, he told me that it was a little more yardage then what we agreed upon, luckily he had just enough turf to cover it. I was very pleased with the result and the way it looked. My yard had never looked so nice, not sice I returned from Iraq anyways. I asked Jack what I owed him, expecting to pay a little more, he simply said....you gave $1900 down, so you own me $2000.00 as we had agreed upon. So I paid him, he thanked me again for the opportunity to work with me. All that is left to say is if I have another project that calls for turf and or landscaping I will call Jack. I wouldn't hesitate to refer him to anyone. If I knew how to attach my pictures I would, sorry Jack. Jack, if you read this know that my wife and are very happy and pleased with that side of the yard. Thanks, it was a pleasure working with you. God Bless
Description of Work: I contacted Landscapes by Turf Tek LLC in February of this year for an estimate on some artificial turf.The owner, Jack came to my house on the date and time we had agreed upon. He was polite and easy going.He gave me an estimate of $3300.00, made some suggestions.....giving me more to think about and consider.He thanked me for giving him the opportunity to work with me.By late May after a lot of thinking and rethinking I was ready to start the completion of my project, So I called Jack again.We set a time and date in June to come for a re-evaluation of what I was looking for. Jack made another suggestion and gave me another estimate of $3900.00, a little higher then what I expectedand budgeted for but after all I did make changes.We set a date and time for the work to be done, He said it would take one day. On the 15th of June he showed up right after I had left for work, around 0615, He and his crew got started and were done around 1230 according to my wife.Jack met me at my house at 4pm so I could inspect the yard and pay the balance. Jack thanked me once again for keeping him in mind and allowing him to work with me.

+ -1 moreWe were very pleased with the entire process. We worked closely with Jack Hamilton, the owner of Turf-Tek, with his landscape artist and with the forman of his landscaping crew. Periodic discussions of the project were necessary because details cropped up that needed decisions from us. We kept in touch with Jack on a regular basis via his cell phone and email. There was never a time when we were unsure of what was going to happen next. Jack's crew was diligent in keeping their worksite clean and safe. There was a lot of dust generated with the operation of heavy equipment and installation of new masonry and they were very careful to keep it under control. The entire project lasted 4-5 weeks. At the end, some details needed additional attention and Jack made sure that they were attended to expeditiously. We couldn't be happier with the process and with the outcome.
Description of Work: We hired Turf-Tek to do a major landscaping project that included most of our back yard but was centered around a new swimming pool. The bulk of the work was masonry, including: 1) a large retainer wall for a patio, 2) a double-walled planter around a second, preexisting patio, 3) an large expanse of new flagstone that had to be matched to two different colors of preexisting flagstone, 4) yard lighting, 5) new planters with plants and 6) a new drip irrigation system.
