Description of Work: Rick came to our house in July. He gave us a very nice estimate and described what he would do. He said it was a "small job", but he would "work us in." We called him a few days later and left a message to say we would like for him to do the work. We did not hear from him. My husband called again, Later, I called and sent him an e-mail. My daughter called and left a message. We have never heard from him since. It is probably a smaller job than what he is used to and if he changed his mind about "working us in", I would have appreciated that he would say so. I don't think it is very professional to just leave it hanging. I can not answer any questions related to the quality of his work because no work was ever done. He was a very nice young man, he was knowledgeable and he seemed enthusiastic and anxious to please. Maybe he was just being nice to us because we are in our eighties. Because we are of a different generation, perhaps we put too much faith in a person's word. Rick did us no harm, he did no work for us ..it has just been a disappointing experience for us. I know very little about your list, what you do with unfavorable reviews, what leverage you can exert on companies. We are not out to "get" that young man, We are just disheartened by this whole experience .

 + -1 moreRick did the design. It turned out beautify. It rained soon after so we enjoy the great job routing water flow so we had no more erosion.
Description of Work: Rip rap in front yard to fix drainage problem. Also he did a beautiful job improving our front yard. Stone, large rocks, etc.

 + -1 moreThe service went very well. He gave us a years warranty on the plant and we just had to have one replaced, which was very good. They have been cooperative, and they have done a good job. He will be back out next week, to replace one of the plants that didn't make it. He is aware of it, and is willing to make the change. They charge by the hour. The quality of the work stands out.

 + -1 moreMy neighbors said the two men were gone in approximately four hours. Rick never came to check out the job. Since then, I have had four plants die that had been healthy for years. Rick came promptly when I complained. He said I had "grubs" in one case and he couldn't explain why the other two plants died. He did not offer to replace the plants. Later I discovered that many of the lines had nothing done to them, except to have the controls removed completely. The job they did was terrible and I am now having to pay to have their work redone. I also have to replace all the dead plants.
Description of Work: I called Rick to have my irrigation lines cleaned and any heads replaced as needed. Rick sent two representatives who overestimated the number of plants and irrigation outlets I had. He based his price on 150 water lines. I actually have less than 50. They said I needed to have all of my lines changed to have the controls underground, saying this was the best option to use.
