We got real help putting everything together. Prices are higher than some of the large stores in Tucson but the quality is much better. Going beyond just price, the service and caring about what we wanted must be factored in. They listened, had good suggestions and worked hard to put together produict we liked at price we could afford. Package pricing was much better than the price of each item alone.
Five months after order placed. We are still waiting for one item. Several items were defective. The rug we ordered took four months to get and was defective. They did take it back without a problem. My advice now is to buy what you can see and like. Buy the accessories somewhere else, particularly if they say that it will have to be ordered. The La-Z-Boy purchasing department and Corporate offices work on their time table with no sense of customer wishes. Prices for accessories are high and quality is questionalble
