It went great! Painters were there every day at 6AM and worked until 2PM. They were pleasant to work with and moved many flower pots, grills, storage boxes and replaced them when finished. The house and fences look like new. Two of our friends had used them to paint their houses and recommended them highly.

We have made 3 phone calls and left messages requesting a quote for exterior painting. I also requested a quote through Angie's list website. We never received a response. This is not the way to run a business.

Marc and his crew are A+. We've used twice over two years. He is professional, punctual and the work is top quality . If there are any issues after the work he immediately takes care of them . No hassles whatsoever! I would highly recommend him.

Marc was very professional and prompt in giving me an estimate. It was the middle of the three estimates I got, and I did decide to go with a company where the principal would be on site throughout the job.

We are very pleased with the job that Jesus and Enrique did and all while we and 2 dogs were living in the house. Their work was impeccable and the professionalism super. They were also very accommodating when other work overlapped theirs. Victor was helpful with the initial estimate and with ideas about colors and type of paint to use in each room as well as checking in with the team several times. He also referred us to Jackie, color consultant at Dunn-Edwards who provided very useful help in the final color selection.

They were punctual and professional. They had no problems painting the wood trim and entry way of my brick home as well as sealing the brick exterior. Other companies complained about the location (too far away) or it was more effort to prep the house than to paint. L&M Custom Painting matched the existing color of the house and ensure I was happy at every step of the project. Funny story now, not so funny then: Their work revealed that the garage door was installed off-center and perhaps the brick garage entry was larger compared to standard homes. TL&M Custom Painting remained in contact with me as I addressed this issue. They even returned after the garage door was centered and painted the new double trims. I highly recommend this company.

Victor came in and was so knowledgeable about the job and color. I am going to have him come back when I can do more on the house and have him help me with colors. We were both super excited with the outcome of the job. I actually found this company because my neighbor used them and was super happy with the job they did. I looked at jobs done for other neighbors and L & M did the best job by far. They showed up on time, were very respectful of my house and belongings, cleaned up wonderfully. Can't think of anything they could have done to improve on the job. I was told by friends that the pricing was outstanding.

L& M did a fantastic job! Everything was extremely easy for me, starting with setting up an appointment for an estimate to having the crew at home doing their work. Their work was done with high standards, great materials, attention to detail and professional manners. Marc (one of the owners) is a respectful person who gave me all the details I needed to understand that his company was a good choice for me. Everything went as described and my house looks beautiful! In addition to exterior painting they fixed all kinds of small things here and there to make the house look great. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs to improve the look of their house at a fair price. Kudos to L&M!

I rarely award A's in all categories. L&M convinced me otherwise and well deserved. the most thorough consultation on the process and timeline for the project. Lowest price (note - I am usually hesitant to pick the low price provider). Professional crew leader and team painted the house in 4 days. Extra touches like caulking around cabinets and baseboards was explained and completed as well painting the living room ceiling to cover up a water stain (even when I didn't ask them or was charged for the service). Talk about going the extra mile!. All of the "cut lines" between wall and ceiling, wall and floor were very sharp, with zero paint splatter anywhere else. Initial prep work by covering floor with rolled paper and tape was professional and expected. Crew leaser communicated the few issues with me daily. All in very professional work

This was a full service job A to Z, and it met all my hopes and expectations. I guess if we need a complaint, the painter evidently thought two lag bolts sticking out of the wall in back were unnecessary so he removed them and patched the holes. Actually they were to support a retractable clothesline and this was easily put back they way it was. Otherwise, I would call it about perfect.

Just as promised. Very good, prompt, clean and well done. I hired them again and have recomended them to friends. Mark is outstanding.

Leo and the crew at L and M Painting were very professional, and did a great job. I have used many contractors and handymen, and have to say that these folks are one of the most conscientious regarding their attention to details, staying within the timeframe of getting the project done, and cleaning up afterwards. They stand behind their work, and are coming back to fix some small areas on the garage door that bubbled up, so that is very appreciated. I will use them again if I have another similar project.

Excellent job. Exactly on time, crew was very professional, very polite, and did excellent work. Prep work, pressure washed exterior of house, all necessary touch up and primer. Very complete and clean masking. Three color paint job was an exact match to existing paint scheme. Two coats applied in opposite directions for compete coverage on stucco. When the job was done there was no over-spray, no damage to property, and no waste or garbage on the house or yard.

Victor and his crew performed the work on schedule and promptly, minimizing the inconvenience. The quality of the work is excellent and their pricing was very competitive. We chose Land M after receiving 3 very good proposals. We asked for a few little extras do be done and there was no complaint and no additional cost. We did have a problem with some of the drywall repairs but this was corrected in a timely fashion. Victor and his crew were very professional and a pleasure to do business with.

The job was fabulous from start to finish. The crew was here early morning until around 5. Their work area was spotless every evening they left. The young men that did the job were very courteous and went out of their way to do a great job. The owner of the company came buy everyday to make sure we were happy with the job. When the job was complete we had a our home looking new. The best was there was not one thing left undone and it never looked as though they had been here.

Mr. Martinez was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. I had the bids I needed on a Friday, emailed him on Sunday and we were schedule to have the house painted the following Wednesday. He and the gentlemen that did the painting were on time and extremely polite. It was a very windy day and they weren't sure they could start painting that day after pressure washing. But I came home that evening and 75% of the house was painted. They took extreme care not to get any paint on the ground or plants. Most of the next day they spent hours making sure every detail was perfect. They even did some last minute trim painting we wanted on the porch. I highly recommend calling Land M Custom Painting.

Excellent in every respect (1) starting with owner Leo Martinez who personally visited our house describing the services to be performed which included the prep work (power washing, calking of windows, door trims and fascia joints), stucco/wood cracks to be repaired with Elastometric Compound, wood trim to be scraped and wire brushed to remove loose pant prior to painting and 100% Acrylic paint to be used and (2) the actual painting by two of his professional staff who made sure that all windows were fully covered before painting and the painting itself, which involved three different colors, that was outstanding. It is obvious that when Mr. Martinez told me at the outset that he and his workers pride themselves in the quality of the work they do that he has trained his people exceedingly well because the actual work turned out to be first rate. My wife and I could not be more pleased.

Our experience with them went great. It cost $2,000 for the exterior which was very reasonable, and it was $590 for the interior.

They did a wonderful job. They even did some touch-ups inside the house because my ceilings are 15 feet high. They also gave me a can of lock-down to repair the garage floor where their tape pulled up some paint by accident.

Prompt, courteous and priced right. I would use them again and highly recommend L and M Custom Painting Inc.
