The installer was great. It was just done today so can't say much yet till I use the system The Salesman explained everything , and so far everything is great

Very well. Michael was a very nice person. Represented the company very well. Was truthful and honest, which is very important to us. Didn't rush and answered our questions.

Good work, good products, just expensive. This company claims their system is cheater to oprerate (noelectricity) but is may even out with the service calls to rtenew the system.

The technician immediately declared that the system we had was pretty old and we needed to replace it and it would be $4500 to do that. I felt like he sized us up for a potential sale. We just bought this house and this is the last thing we wanted to hear that our system was not operational, I do not believe that it needs to be replaced, he gave no reason why he thought this was true. And we thought $249 was extremely high amount of money to screw on two canisters to the drinking water system, he did not stay to test the system after it was drained. I think he was here a total of 10 minutes maximum. I would never consider falling for this type of sales scheme and we intend upon calling in another company for our water softener and filtration needs. I also do not believe that it would cost $4500 to install a new system in place of an existing system. The appointment made was for over a week in advance we just felt in general that we were highly taken advantage of.

They are very professional. The cost seemed very high. I'm currently looking into other options.

After thinking about the price, we cancelled our order and had another company (Water Tec of Tucson) install a water softener in our new home (see review of Water Tec).
