Description of Work: Kelly is the best tile man I have ever used. I put an approx price, his cost was rolled into the total remodeling cost.

 + -1 moreI bought a house that was very dated and the Saltillo Tile was in good condition but had a strange mauve / milkwashed look. My realtor suggested Kelly Watts Tile to look at staining or replacing the tile. Kelly has many many years in the Tile Business and immediately recognized the tile as being a popular milkwash effect popular inthe 80s. This was easily fixed / changed by stripping to bring back the natural color of the tile. He was prompt, knowledgable, got his team to work right away, sent me photos via text as the work was being done, as I was not in Tucson at the time of the work. I thought the cost for the work was fair, but I did not get other quotes. Overall very very pleased!
Description of Work: Stripped and sealed old, milk-washed Saltillo Tile throughout house and put new Saltillo tile in bedroom.

 + -1 moreKelly came and advised me what could be done to correct a bad previous installation job by another company.He suggessted that I go to Sierra Tile to get the strips (3) and he would have it installed. I called him to advise me when I hadbrought home 3 samples, because I wanted his opinion on which would look best. This was on Friday. He came over same day and helped me. Monday morning early the two men came and installed the strips. They did a really nice job. It looks much better than it did before. I was impressed with Kelly and how he talked to me. Very professional and respectful.Seems to be quite knowledgeable about his business. I would definitely contact him again for any tile work I had.
Description of Work: Gave me estimate on installing transition tile strip between kitchen and dining room. Two of his workers installed the strip on 8/6/12.
