Installed a new gate in en external masorny wall. First gate was made too small, but by next morning a new gate as made and instralled. Quick turnaround time (~ 1 week), other companies had a 406 week wait period

We had our garage door jam on Thanksgiving Day. Wire cable came unspooled, rollers out of tracks, track bent and door partially open. What a mess! We had used Kaiser previously, but did not want to call on a holiday evening. Went to their web site and completed an email service request, explaining our problem. Received telephone call from Kaiser early next morning. Technician arrived within an hour or two and masterfully returned our door to good working order. We could not have been happier with Kaiser's response and skillful handling of our issue.

I'm writing from Las Vegas. We had a problem with our gate openers and had quite a bit of trouble finding anyone to service gate openers. I called several garage door companies through Angie's List and was referred to Kaiser. My first contact was with Bruce. What a pleasure to find a knowledgeable and courteous gentleman. He came out to our home, assessed and diagnosed the problem with our openers. Unfortunately, one side was beyond repair. He e-mailed me the next morning with options and quotes. When the openers arrived, he called and set up an appointment to come out for the installation. After installation, a slight adjustment needed to be made. I texted him and he came out, made the necessary adjustments. We are very happy with the service and with our new openers. We will happily refer anyone with auto gates to Kaiser and specifically Bruce. He is a great representative for Kaiser Gates. He gets an 'atta boy' and a 'thumbs up' from us!

While moving into our new home I unfortunately backed into our garage door. Since Kaiser installed the door initially we contacted Kaiser for the repair. Contacted on a Friday we were scheduled for the repair the following Tuesday - 11am to 3pm. On Tuesday morning Ramon called at 10 o'clock saying he would be here within an hour. He arrived promptly at 10:45 and went straight to work and within 45 minutes had all three panels replaced - door looking like new again. He was polite, pleasant and a good worker. Would certainly use Kaiser again.

Our builder had changed vendors after our home was built. Kaiser had to special order panels from the prior vendor. Even though a special order was required they completed the repair in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Everyone was great to work with!

We have a garage door to our home that was not closing unless we held the control button down and left through our front door. The num pad also was broken and would only work every once and a while. When I called Kaiser, they got someone out the very next day who took care of the problem in no time and the cost was very affordable. I would highly recommend them if you ever have trouble with your garage.
