Description of Work: Jeremy and team upgraded our electric panel, added some new lines into the house and traced everything so that the new box is labelled correctly. They communicated clearly about the scope of work, did high quality work and even came back to answer some follow-up questions about the tracing. Highly recommend.

 + -1 moreIt works! I'm not an electrician. It looks nice and neat and well laid out and when I asked the tenant if it worked......they said YES! (This was NOT a small project! Lots of material and man hours involved). But, it's ALLLLL GOOD! Thank you Journeymen Electric!
Description of Work: Journeymen Electric installed an additional 200 AMP FULL SERVICE electrical system to a tanning salon in a shopping center I own. Randy, the owner, did an excellent job and charged me exactly what he initially bid on the job. The existing 200 AMP service was not enough power for the new tenants. Randy came up with a plan as to HOW we could get the electrical system up to 400 AMPS. He drew up the plans, applied for and received the necessary permits from the City of Tucson and installed the system within the time frame he said he could. I have NO complaints. HIGHLY recommend Journeymen Electric to commercial and/or residential users.

 + -1 moreRandy was over an hour late & didn't call to let me know. After 30 minutes I called and was told he was on his way from the other side of town. When he did arrive, he didn't listen to what I told him I needed done, and he kept asking me the same questions after i'd already answered them. He went outside to look at my disconnect and was gone for 30 minutes. When he came back inside he explained that he had been on the phone most iof the time he was gone. Instead of quoting on site like he said he would, he ended up leaving and telling me he'd get me the quote later.
Description of Work: The estimate meeting went so poorly I did not hire them
