+ -1 moreBait traps were put out but not checked up regularly enough. Nests were not cleaned out in a timely manner. Work was just not on time nor effectively.
Description of Work: Packrat removal. Just couldn't get the job done. After a year, l still had rats.

+ -1 moreThey showed up on time and performed my annual termite inspection along with putting bait down for the ants. They were aware that I had dogs and made sure to not use any spray in areas where the dogs could get to. Instead they used a gell and made sure I understood where it was applied so that the dogs would not get to it accidentally. Worker was friendly and polite.
Description of Work: Annual termite inspection as well as treat for ants in my kitchen.

Description of Work: Two techs. were sent to spray a bee's nest which was being built on the front porch. They sprayed for the bees and returned the following Monday to apply foam sealant to the holes in the house foundation. The bees are gone and both techs. were very professional and polite while working at our house. I will definitely use John's in the future.

+ -1 moreTHEY ONLY HAVE COME OUT A COUPLE TIMES NOW BUT THEIR SERVICE IS MODERATE. THEIR PRICE IS A LITTLE HIGH BUT THEY ALWAYS DO A QUALITY JOB. I WILL CONTINUE TO HIRE THEM UNTIL I FIND A BETTER PRICE WITH SOMEONE ELSE.
