Jim's Landscape Service, LLC has been enhancing property values in Tucson since 1996. A locally owned and operated company, we work hard to develop lasting relationships with our clients through responsive communication, e-bills and estimates, quality service, fair pricing and attention to detail. We focus on property maintenance and improvement and we are happy to provide residential landscape maintenance plans for personal residences, winter or part time residences, rental and investment properties. To facilitate budgeting needs, we offer “flat fee” monthly billing.

was very bad from the start owner show up claiming to know everything about outdoor lighting and irrigation turns out after whole estimate he was just a unlicensed ,So we did report him to the Registered Contractors of Arizona Association , After 20 year in business why not ? must be hiding something , we hire a other company ,with correct licensing and skill . BEWARE BEWARE Unlicensed HE CAN CHARGE OVER $750 its the Law..

I asked them to be careful and make sure the grass was installed very level so we can cut it short. They took what I was asking seriously and did a great job. They showed up when scheduled and were polite and professional.

Description of Work: Jim is a true artist when it comes to landscape lighting. He literally paints with light. You can tell watching him design and later adjust the light that he absolutely knows what he is doing. | |We had him do our front and back yard with LED lights. He recommended a variety of lights, with subtly different colors and "throws" (narrow versus wide and up versus sideways versus down). He goes for quiet touches, bringing a touch of class to his installations. But the results? Wow!! Our yard looks so much better after he was through. And that was after cautioning us to go with fewer lights for more impact that lighting up the place with many lights. Instead, he added drama and interest to our front and back yards. | |Jim is also thorough. He visited three evenings to make sure that everything was perfect and adjusted well. | |His installers did a great job. All the wires were hidden well and you couldn't even tell that they had been there, except, magic, the lights were there. | |I'm so glad that we went with Jim. I recommend his unreservedly. He's top notch, all the way. |

He was thorough, professional, arrived on time and got the work done quickly. He had to return with some unusual tools, did so quickly and quietly.
Description of Work: Jim Neville fixed some broken water lines and corrected a broken main line. He also had to remove a huge root that was obstructing the irrigation lines.

Jim goes out of his way to really help you and is reasonably priced. Usually it will be him and an additional worker that come out and do work for us. He's excellent and I would recommend him to others.
Description of Work: They have done irrigation work for me and will plant trees and shrubs. They don't sell the plants, but they will go and pick them up for you to install them. He's also put down rock for us.
