-I liked the JEV estimator, thought he was fair and honest, but did think it was ridiculous to pay them to redo something that the original roofer would redo (if needed), if the caulking didn't work. Compared to the other estimator, who said I needed $2000 of repair, JEV's cost seemed reasonable (about $750). I would certainly give them another chance to repair the roof, should I need it again. I would not give the other roofer the same chance (the one who estimated $2000). I also liked the company approach -- they were responsive in explaining their estimate, etc. I even have recommended them for estimates, to my neighbors.

They were quick to come and give an estimate. The estimate was emailed to me, so it was nice to have a contract that I could look at. I had several questions about the contract, and the office was very quick at answering them. At one time they got a wrong skylight cover, so they were going to come back and put it in the next day when he exchanged it. He said it is still a little bit wet on the roof, so he didn’t pluck on the roof to put it in, but came back another time, which I would have never known. I appreciate he did that extra trip which he should have and which he did. The only negative was, I never had a phone call after he done that, and I didn’t know he did it, so I had to call and ask if it was done. It would have been nice to have a call that said everything is finished and was I happy with it. I would use them again. I didn’t do a lot of shopping around, but for the little bit that I did I think the price was fine.

They did a very good job. They were punctual. They took photographs of some issues on our roof. Other companies hadn't even mentioned those problems to us. He showed up a day early for the inspection because he read his schedule wrong.

Estimate was given, work was done on time and as promised, follow up visit by manager/estimator to check work. Courteous, punctual and professional.

JEV ROOFING CO INC was very professional. He was very nice. I requested a quote for roofing repair and complete roof replacement. Both quotes were prepared nicely on a word document. Everything was included in the quote including clean up. I didn't think the price was too high, it seemed very fair. JEV was the best company that came out to my house for a quote.

JEV Roofing's estimate was clear and concise if lacking in detail and included a note that stated they would work around the Solar Panels as best they could. They were not awarded the contract because they were $125 higher than the winner.

This company re-roofed our flat roofed home 2 years ago. We chose them from 3 companies that prepared estimates. At that time, there was a leak of dry tar into one of our existing solar tubes. They reimbursed the repair once the solar tube company verified that it was due to the roofing process. Recently we began having a leak in the roof, and they came free of charge (under warranty) and determined that it had to do with an electric wire support bolted to the roof, and repaired (painted over the juncture) it. They are courteous and responsive.

They have recoated for us twice. The previous time they were here they not only recoated the house but they recoated a guesthouse and they redid a tile roof over a porch. That was close to $2,000. They are my regular folks for this type of work.

They had inspected the roof, provided me a bid and made the repair within 24 hours. Time will tell as to the quality, but I have no reason to expect any problem. Based on my experience to date, JEV is first rate.

I felt that their price was great. I liked that they did the job quickly. They saw my roof, gave an estimate, and were there the next day for work. They were very responsive. I called some others who didn't respond. I was pleased with this company.

THEY ARE GOOD! THEY ARE PRICED RIGHT, DO GOOD WORK AND DO IT CORRECTLY. IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS THEY COME BACK AND TAKE CARE OF IT. THEY BACK UP THEIR WORK.
