JC PENNY

Not so good. I ended up having to go to the Phoenix regional center to get adjustments and "fix-its." The installer came to put some of the finished product up and realized that Betty had measured wrong and he took the items back and had them re-done for nothing. (Which is what should have happened). Then, the next room, that had five windows arrived to be installed. I was busy with something and trusted the install guy, since he'd spotted the first errors, paid him and later went into that room. Only to discover a huge snafu. I called immediately to JC Penney's, and of course, Betty was "out." But, I was told she'd call back. A week later, she called and acted very snobbish and tough and told me to essentially, "eat it and be happy." For that kind of money, I wasn't gonna be happy! So, the onslaught of following through to fight for correction was made. I gave up on the whole thing, ordered plantation shutters for the whole house and after a year got 400 back. Don't TRUST JC PENNY.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. THE COLOR WAS A LITTLE OFF, BUT THEY TOOK THEM BACK RIGHT AWAY AND GOT ME THE COLOR THAT I NEEDED WITHOUT FURTHER CHARGE. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING THAT THEY DID FOR ME.
