Description of Work: Cleaned tile flooring in several rooms, about 800 sq ft. and then applied a sealer. This was very stained and dirty tile (in a rental house) and it came out looking new in most areas. We were very pleased.

 + -1 moreThey scheduled me for Saturday afternoon with a call from a driver or appointment desk to tell me when they would be out. No call. I called them and explained the problem at 1:00 and they took all my information as if hearing from me the first time and said they would look into it and call back. No call. 20 minutes later I called again and they asked me all the same information as if I had never called the previous two times even down to the spelling of my name and asking and quot;when do you want someone to come outand quot; So I told them I was totally disgusted and was cancelling.
Description of Work: Provider did nothing.

 + -1 moreThe technician called first and arrived early. I was unable to get into the property (rental) since I had the wrong key. Technician rearranged the schedule and waited with me for 45 minutes before we could get in. He did a great job!

 + -1 moreInitial contact was pleasant and a quote was provided immediately. Two large area rugs were picked up within 2 days and taken to their facility for cleaning. The wool rug was beautiful (50 years old). The synthetic rug felt gummy but looked fine. It was 5 days before the rugs were returned but that wasn't a problem. Everyone was very professional, punctual and the price was competitive--even a bit less than other quotes. I would use them again.
Description of Work: Pick-up, cleaning and return of two large area rugs.

Description of Work: We used them in spring '08 to clean the grout and seal our Saltillo tile and to steam-clean our very large hemp rug ( 14' by 14'). The owner is very nice. However, J&J left a 4' by 4' portion of the tile not fully sealed and you could see brush strokes there and a couple of other spots from the applicator. They promptly returned and corrected it within a few days. They sub-contracted with a gentleman to steam the rug. There were a few stains left in high-traffic areas after he finished plus the border around the rug became warped and stretched as it dried. We spoke with him by phone afterwards and he told us to place heavy furniture on the edges (one edge in particular) to weight down the warping as it fully dried. We asked him to return and fully clean the stains and to fix the warping/stretching. He said he was very busy with other jobs but would fit us in. He returned and did remove all stains and weighted down the rug with furniture which we later removed after a couple of days. The rug was still warped and still is though we called and left a message for him to contact us about it which he never has. We are left with one side of our large rug warped (rising up to 2 inches at a couple of places).

 + -1 moreTHEY DID A FABULOUS JOB. THEY TOOK THEIR TIME AND REALLY MADE SURE THEY GOT THE CARPETS CLEANED AS BEST AS THEY COULD. THEY SEEMED TO REALLY CARE THAT THEY LOOKED GOOD FOR MY PARTY. I REALLY APPRECIATED THAT.
