I got a general estimate per square foot on the phone, which was much the same as phone estimates from other places. Setting up a time for an in-person estimate was painless, and he arrived on time. I had already purchased the tile at a home improvement store; we picked a grout color from a picture during the estimate. The day of the job, he dropped off two young men and left them to do the work, came back at the end of the job. Tile was laid perfectly, but there were rough edges that I wish I had been forewarned of: smears of grout or quickest on lower bits of the walls, and loose carpet from the hallway lapping into the tiled room through the doorway. I had to install quarter-round moulding around the edges of the floor, and cut the carpet and tack it down at the doorway. Looks fine now, but I wish the estimator had brought up the necessity for the finish work.

MY NEW FLOOR COULDN'T LOOK MORE LOVELY. THE QUALITY OF WORK THAT WAS DONE ON OUR NEW FLOORS WAS GREAT. THE CREW FROM THIS COMPANY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND DID A WONDERFUL JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER.
