Description of Work: When the gentleman first came out he explained to me that because the faucet is 50 years old the pipe out from the house might break leading to extra cost to me. Then he said he would try the faucet just to see if it could come off. When he went to turn off the water to the house he said that that fixture would probably break too. He could not turn it off at the meter so he explained that I would need $2500.00 dollars of additional work. Needless to say I can not afford that at this time. So now the coupon is no use to me because I'm not paying anything additional just to change a faucet. It seemed legit, but I just cannot afford that.

Description of Work: They replaced the kitchen faucet and replaced the two valves underneath the kitchen sink. I thought they did a great job and they even arrived earlier than the designated appointment time. I would use them again.

Scheduled April 9-2015 between 2-5 no show I called next am, said they would come between 1 & 3 came didn't have correct parts needed additional connecting hoses. came back on Monday completed. Said the office messed up on the scheduling Really thought if he had come on Thursday it would have been completed before the week end. I would have been able to use the sink.

Description of Work: Reviewed a 12 year old water heater. It needed to be replaced due to excessive corrosion. I confirmed that work needed to be done via a camera put inside the soft water heater. They replaced it with the same kind of 50 gallon unit. All went well.
