Description of Work: Changed out an old kitchen faucet for a new one. I find it a little odd how the lever only goes one way--down for cold. In the up position the lever is already on hot and you press t sideways for that. My sister and niece both have the same faucet, and it has a much bigger rotation. Was it installed correctly? It works.

Description of Work: Angie's list special was for water heater flush and sewer inspection. When making the appointment I was asked what kind of water heater we had, we have an on demand heater, when the representative arrived he informed us that the special doesn't cover on-demand water heater. Offered to apply the cost of the special toward their on-demand water heater cleaning (about 10x more than the cost of the special). Sewer inspection was very professional, proposed repairs seems more expensive than I would have expected $1,000 to high pressure clean 100ft of sewer but that may be the going rate. I haven't had a chance to check with other vendors. Representative was very professional and did not try to pressure us to do anything right away.

Description of Work: They performed the plumbing and drain inspection according to the original offer. Beyond that, I had them replace the household water heater, which was due for replacement, and upgrade the water heater plumbing as appropriate. I am fully satisfied with their service.

Description of Work: They did a full in-house plumbing check, repaired a toilet that wasn't flushing correctly & rebuilt a shut-off valve for a shower, & replaced a 50gal water heater. |They were very prompt & professional. They were able to give me an idea of what needed to be done now, & what could be a future project. |I will definitely use the again!

Description of Work: I just paid angie's list for an hour of plumbing, mainly to evaluate them for a much bigger job. I hired them to change out two water heaters, put in a whole house water system, change out most of my plumbing fixtures and later, to fix a speuing water pipe. I then hired them to fix my air conditioning units.

Description of Work: Highly professional plumber. Identified the problem with a shower mixing valve; left to buy the part and repaired it in a couple of hours. We'll use them again when the situation arises.

Description of Work: Installed a garbage disposal. Very thorough and made sure everything worked properly and that the kitchen sink area was clean. John also drained our water heater which I did not expect as a courtesy that his company provides. I was very impressed with his professionalism.
