Dear Customer, First, let me apologize for letting you down and not communicating with you about our running behind. I fully recognize the frustration that occurs when any service based company fails to let you their customers know when they are running behind. I would however in this case like to explain to you what happened as we made a bit of a silly mistake that will hopefully explain our lack of communication. When we were scheduling this call with you, we made a mistake on your phone number and actually wrote down the number to our office. Because of this mistake, when the technician called to let you know he was running behind, he ended up calling our office. When I saw your review, I wanted to call you right away and personally apologize for letting you down. I picked up the phone to call you and imagine my surprise when I saw our office number listed as your phone number in our records. Please know that we are truly sorry for any inconvenience this caused you.
