Description of Work: The free check: very cursory and did not learn anything that I did not tell the person. So it was a disappointment. | |Water Heater: they were helpful in informing me that the new water heaters that are mandated by law effective a date I cannot recall, would not fit in my current space. So I was fortunate to get one that fit before the regulation changed. They were knowledgeable in that. The installers were professional and got it done and took the old one away.

Description of Work: No one showed up or called on the date of the appointment. We arranged a second time and date. Mario came early and promptly, he was friendly and explained what he was doing. I understand there was some screw up with the first appointment and they offered me compensation and were very apologetic, I might consider using them in the future.

Description of Work: Had to replace two units. We felt the most confident in Intelligent Design out of three estimates. We replaced what we had, while we were advised to change to another approach and equipment which was out of our budget. We are very pleased with the units and how they function. However, if future customers are advised to go with a different system for a more balanced air flow overall.... Listen to the advice of the pros at Intelligent Design and do it. These guys truly know what they are recommending and what they are providing. They are stellar. We are very pleased with our service.
