Description of Work: We purchased a special deal on an outdoor hose bib/faucet repair or replacement. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly we got an appointment. The serviceman was very friendly and did a nice job of fixing the outdoor faucet leak that we had. No extra money was charged either; just the original special deal through Angie's list that we had prepaid. We would definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: Called and said they were on their way. Arrived on time. There were 2 technicians, one was an apprentice. Both very friendly and knowledgeable. Looked at the faucet,and told me what they had to do. They put the new faucet with no problems, and told me they would have to put in new emergency hot and cold shutoff valves, and why. Very professional and friendly. Great service.

Description of Work: Water heater flush performed. Jon was efficient and friendly. He called ahead and arrived 15 minutes after the scheduled 2-hour time frame. He apologized and explained that two other plumbers were out sick. He did not have a hose for the job so used mine - this may be typical for this job as I've not had it done before. I was pleased with the work & would use them again.

Description of Work: I HAD two problems: I admit I distracted the plumber who installed a new anode tube into my water heater, but he forgot to turn the water back on. We didn't notice this until late in the day, when we tried to shower, and didn't get any water! As there were three different valves involved, I was hesitant to jump in and start turning knobs, but the plumber who came about 10 am the next morning quickly solved the problem.

Description of Work: He did a tune up and then I bought a 10 year maintenance agreement. I really liked the way Jerry took before and after pictures to show what he did.The maintenance agreement was not part of the Angie package but now that I found a great company I want to have them do the maintenance. Highly recommend! |
