Description of Work: I have a maintenance plan with Intelligent design for my heat and air conditioning units (they installed).The man arrived on time and acted professionally. He came out to check my heat unit, clean and any maintenance it needed. I had him disconnect the internal filtering system I had purchased. The filter gets clogged up with dust in 2 months & its expensive to replace. Now I will go back to using the regular filters I can buy at any hardware store.

Description of Work: I purchased the Angie's list Deal based on the info provided which included a Honeywell thermostat , only to find out that the actual model being installed was an Emerson. I much prefer the Honeywell so I canceled the install and asked A List for my money back. All my interface with IIC was very professional and courteous . I'd do business with them again.
