Description of Work: Paul installed a new thermostat. He inspected our AC unit and made 2 recommendations. We signed up for a maintenance contract, and had him do the repairs. We are quite satisfied with the work and the thermostat, and are happy to have a maintenance contract in place.

Description of Work: Paid for replacing a leaking hose bib. Made appointment over phone; they failed to arrive/call. I waited over 1 week; received no call. Called back to reschedule; they failed to arrive/call. Next day I called and asked for my money back. Had to call Angie's list to request my money back. I received refund on my credit card in a few days.

Description of Work: I have a Maintenance contract for my 2 HVAC systems. It allows for an annual plumbing inspection. This time during the plumbing inspection, the tech focused more on selling us a whole-house water "conditioning" system than he did the plumbing inspection. John neglected to give us of the inspection report even after a follow-up phone call regarding the service and water conditioning system.
