Description of Work: Called them late at night and they came the next day morning. However, they are late for a couple of minutes. Only problem was people told me that they had a problem for this company but it turns out good to me so I'm pretty much satisfied and they are very proffesional.

Description of Work: We needed to replace a 4 Ton, 20 year old heat pump. A sales rep visited from the company and showed us three options, and we made our choice. On the day of installation, not one or two, but five mean showed up to install the new unit and check out the ducts. The system worked right off. They left NO mess, and were clean and well mannered throughout. |After three months, we had a problem with a blocked condensation drain line. Even though it wasn't part of the system that they installed, a man showed up within a few hours and fixed the problem quickly and without charge. |We have used this company before, and both then and now, we're very pleased with the service.

Description of Work: I would probably give them an A rating if it weren't for a false claim about a large customer listed as a reference on their sales material and falsely varified verbally by the sales person, which is illegal. This statement and claim motivated me to buy their HVAC & PLUMBING service contract with a long-term commitment. | |Haven't had the time or money to pursue this with their management. My health isn't the best and move pretty slow these days. | |I feel that Angie's offers a good and helpful service and have appreciated your customer service but it only takes one bad experience produced by one of your vendor/contractors, especially a company like Intelligent Design, to weaken the bottom line. | |I had voiced this concern in the past but have never heard from anyone at Angie's. And haven't taken the time to argue, fight it out with the ID people.
