Always excellent.
Description of Work: Installed new a/c and have maintained system for past 3 years. Cleaned a/c and heater combination twice yearly and repaired system as needed. Analysis of work honest with competitive pricing. Provided free service to change filter monthly as we are unable to get on roof to do it ourselves.

Description of Work: I HIGHLY recommend this company. I e-mailed for service on Labor Day. Promptly first thing in the morning, next day after Labor Day, I had a response , to come by the same day. Their technician, Jack Middleton arrived promptly, very professional, very friendly, he immediately put on shoe covers, so he would not dirty my carpet when he had to come in the living room to see the AC thermostat. He answered all the questions I had an did a fine, thorough job. It was the second time that I had used this company for the yearly maintenance check up.

I am very pleased with this companies service and installation. I had gotten multiple quotes. I chose Intelligent Design because of a competitive price and excellent service. The estimate was very detailed and comprehensive. The other company said there were things that needed to be done that were not necessary. Andrew Dobbins the owner was honest with me about what I did need. I highly recommend using this company.
Description of Work: I had the evaporative cooler removed and a gas package air conditioning and heating system installed with an air purification system. All the new electrical, gas, condensation lines. all new ducting elbows and a new return.

Intelligent Design was outstanding when we had new cooling and solar installed. We have been looking for a replacement furnace and A/C unit for a long time and decided to get solar at the same time. We got two other estimates for solar before talking to Andrew of Intelligent Design. Andrew was able to provide a whole package and address all our concerns and issues taking into consideration our specific needs. The installation of the furnace and a/c was without a hitch. The workers were knowledgeable, polite, clean, and efficient. They came on time, completed all the work as specified, and left our home clean. I would definitely recommend Intelligent Design to my neighbors and friends. As a matter of fact, I have already shared our experience with some of our neighbors who are looking for similar equipment and services. The equipment itself is working great.
Description of Work: FANTASTIC EXPERIANCE OVER ALL!! Installation of a Lennox XC21 and variable speed furnace(central gas split air conditioning and heating system), a 27 seer ductless heat pump for the master bed room, air purification, steam humidification, and PV solar panels and micro inverters.

Total and complete satisfaction. I am a retired SGT. Major. I was referred to Intelligent Design by a friend since my AC and Heating system in my house was getting older. Upon contact with them they did a complete survey for sizing and analysis of the home and my needs to make sure to find out exactly what I wanted. Upon completion of the survey they provided 3 system options based on what I said that I wanted and provided 36 months no interest financing. The install crew and craftsmanship was fantastic. The complete product is amazing. Also they provided me with a preventative maintenance package. I couldn’t be happier with the company professionalism and quality.
Description of Work: Installation of a Top of the line Trane gas split system XL20i and a Variable speed furnace with a touch screen programmable thermostat. Also installation of a Rinaii tankless water heater, sealing of all the duct work, removal of the old cooler, and installation of a air purifier to remove dust and toxins.
