We had issues with scheduling. . The service techs were professional and appeared knowledgeabe but there needs to be better communication with office staff.

Top notch service. Vet owned. In and out quickly. No trace left when the job was done. Technician was professional, both technical and appearance. They did a through AC system inspection and left me with a good written analysis of all specs and recommendations I highly recommend them.

Came and gave me a quote. Price was high.

HVAC general service was provided by Reggie Phillips. Did a great job again. (I always attempt to get Reggie for anything HVAC related) Having had many AC services in the past by several other companies, nobody digs in and checks your system like Reggie. Nobody us goes to the extent he does and he correct minor issues on the spot that others never bothered with. I trust my two HVAC systems only to Reggie and recommend you ask for him by name.

They were unable to perform services and gave me suggestions on who would be able to fix it. They were very polite and professional about it though.

They did not have the right connectors in their truck to install the faucet on the day it was scheduled, so returned the following Monday to do it. They did not charge extra to return, or for the parts.

I love our new system, quite as can be, my electric bill has been steadily going down.

The only question/problem came when he was figuring out the bill and I asked him to deduct the $39 that I paid Angies list for his services; He said his company got none of that and that you kept it all. He said it was a promotion fee or something. In the end he did deduct it but wasn't too happy about it. He didn't need your work order number or the printout of the fact that I had paid you for his service. Contrary to that, the window washers I had previously wouldn't even start the process without the work order and charged me nothing due to what I had paid you.

The plumber arrived on time and completed the repair of the faucet handle quickly and capably.

The technician was helpful and explained everything in detail. His visit lasted about 3 hours.

I was a little disappointed that the tune up did not include changing the filters.

He came over yesterday and he did a fantastic job. He did about 3-4 different things; fixed a clogged tub, my kitchen sink and bathroom sink needed to be fixed and were not working either. He was a good guy and I will be having him back again soon. I wished I could give him a triple A.

Seemed to be a simple procedure, shut off water, attached a garden hose, flushed. No fuss, No mess. Discussed the need for a re-circulator and he explained the process of the time it takes for hot water to reach the faucets. Very professional

The job was done fast & efficient with 2 guys working. Hiring professionals was worth it.

Current issue was resolved and main cause was identified. Options were given on how to deal with main cause of backup.

Very professional and courteous. Intelligent Design came and gave recommendations for areas that needed fixing. There was no pressure and they were very polite and courteous of my house and my questions. I would use them again.

The salesman (Lance) was great. He explained to me everything about my system that he could. I felt he was honest and was interested in giving me a good value for my money and the right system for my home. The installers came and were on time. They were very courteous and professional. They were there for most of the day and kept me posted on what was going on with the instillation. It was a cold rainy day so they couldn't check the A/C to make sure it was working. They had to come back the next Friday to finish that. Their professionalism continued. These fellows are really great and know their job well. They left the area very clean when they were done. They treated me as a customer very well. Thanks for the great job guys!

It went great! the plumbers were friendly ,professional, fixed my complicated drain and cleaned up after themselves. At first they thought it was just a bad clog They snaked a long way down the pipes, but were concerned about my next door neighbor's pipes. They even went next door to check to see that her plumbing was OK. They had to saw through my old, OLD pipe and replace it with new components. They even had to go out and get parts that they didn't have with them. The guys went above and beyond, in my opinion. I will definitely use this company again

I drew the impression that the employee wanted to expedite my decision to replace our water heater by misleading me to believe that I wasn't going to be able to find a water heater that would fit into the cabinet area in our garage if I waited. It is true that manufacturers aren't making water heaters that small anymore, but the plumber I hired to install our new water heater told me that the opening we have will NOT pose a problem in the future. Trust is very important to me, and this employee did not earn my trust. I also learned later on a local radio station that this company is offering these services free, although I paid $39 for it through AL. With all of the sweet deals being offered for water heater replacement, I would think the employee would have offered me a competitive discount on a new install. His "out the door" offer was $1387. He must have thought I was a sucker!

It was excellent. The technician that they sent out was very knowledgeable on the system that I had. He explained the system. He filled me in as a homeowner. It was simple to make the appointment with them.

After purchasing the Big Deal, the company was quick to contact me. It turns out that I do not need the service.

The service went very well. They came on time. The guy was very thorough. He took his time checking and cleaning everything. I asked him a couple of question and he was very patient in answering my questions. He's very efficient and polite. I like the fact that I could make the appointment through Angie's List like the communication with them was through Angie's List so that was really a unique feature. I would use them again. Their pricing was great because I got the big deal so with the services that they provided it was a good deal. They were very responsive and he was on time.
