Simple job. They showed up on time, replaced the faucet, and departed. The work was done correctly and the service provider was professional.

Our service person was very professional, and looked more like an banker than a plumber. He fixed the faucet as planned in record time, with no mess, and showed me where the house turn-off valve would also need to be replaced in the near future. He offered to evaluate our water heater, but it is new so i declined. He mentioned that they also install solar equipment so we will most likely use them again for that job. My overall impression was WOW.

Fixed plumbing issue on first visit. Came back and provided additional services for no additional cost. Person doing work was very professional but return calls by office not always as expected.

He was very professional and prompt. He called before he showed up to let me know he was on his way. Walked me through everything he was doing even climbed up and pulled out the rod to show me what it looked like so I knew it was time to get a new water heater.

Our experience with Intelligent Design was excellent in all regards, and vastly different from any other bids we received from other companies. Every step of the way was positive, beginning with my first phone call to set up the estimate visit: I got off the phone knowing an exact time of the visitation, who to expect, and what the visitation would entail. What the visitation entailed far exceeded our experience with other bidders, who came out to our house and perhaps spent an average of 30 minutes looking over our current system and then telling us all the ways they were prepared to save us money. By contrast, when Joe from Intelligent Design showed up at our door, he took my husband and me through the entire plan, step-by-step, starting with an overview of his company, then walking us through all our options for systems and the pros and cons of each. He ran a Blower Door Test, which is something none of the other companies did, but which every good resource insists must take place in order to receive an accurate estimate. All in all, Joe spent more than 2 hours with us, fitting our needs into a plan that, yes, exceeded our original budget, but one that did not cut any corners. Several days before the installation, Dean showed up to do a final walk through and work write up for the work team; I was able to go over all the details of my initial estimate with Joe and like Joe, Dean was very patient and listened to my ideas about long-term plans for the house that would affect the "now" installation. I felt confident and assured that once the work team arrived later that week, they would all be briefed and ready to get to work. The work team showed up on time and stayed all day (about 13 hours!) until the job was completed. They were respectful of our space and checked in with me throughout the day to update me on procedures or small adjustments they made to fit our original plan. All in all, we are very, very happy with this line of service: from start to finish, with every person who walked through our doors, we felt as through we were heard and cared for. Within hours of our installation, I recommended Intelligent Design to friends.

Reggie, the technician was kind enough to wait for me as I apprised him of my location. He quickly found that the problem with the air conditioner, showed me what was happening and asked if I had a home warranty. When he found out that I did, he suggested that I go through them to save money. There was no hard sell and the advice was fair. Because of this interaction, I will call them first at the end of our one year home warranty period should we need air conditioning service.

Good. Our mobile home is a 1971. Limited to the amount of repairs due to age.

Kevin Greene replaced capacitor and contactor, showing me the damage. Checked filter and thermostat. Explained all the benefits of their contract, which I accepted. Kevin did an extremely great job!!!!

Kevin was the service person that visited us and did a 21 point inspection on the unit. It worked fine and at the moment is cycling properly. It was good to know that things are working as they should so that we do not have a problem in the heat in Arizona.

We were referred to them thru Home Depot. The work bid occurred promptly and was a more than fair cost estimate compared to other estimates we received. The installation happened promptly and cleanly, done in a half day with excellent work. The unit is functioning really well post install.

We had purchased a check up with ID via Angies List. The technician came out and identified leakage in our 13 year old Carrier air conditioning units. He advised us that the coolant alone would be in excess of $2,000 and probably wouldn't meet our cooling needs. A sales representative came out and analyzed our usage and recommended alternatives. We selected two Lennox air conditioning units and furnaces. Two technicians came out and installed the systems the following week. The sales representative performed a vent test to determine whether any leakage was evident. I was not present at the test and he informed my wife of leakage. He said he'd follow up with me, but no call was received. We found the service personnel to be very knowledgeable and helpful. The only downside of the transaction is on our side. We should have shopped price for the same units from other installers, but we didn't.

This company provided us with world class quality products, service. The sales people (Andrew and Lance) were extremely knowledgeable without being pushy. Their installers (Jesus and Eddy) were were absolutely professional in every regard. They were competent, courteous, and respectful of our home and property. Throughout the removal and installation process, they were efficient and kept us informed as to the progress. When they discovered a deteriorated duct in the attic, the company generously replaced it at no additional cost. The subsequent improvements in our air quality, noise level and efficient heating and cooling circulation is tremendous. The owner Andrew Dobbins and his leadership team genuinely care and they will prove it. I cannot say enough to give this superb company the praise they deserve. I would absolutely hire them again and wholeheartedly recommend them to all my family and friends.

Daniel was on time and very thorough with his inspection. He showed me the AC system and explained the work he would be doing. He found some issues that needed addressing and I elected to have him take care of those as part of a ten-year contract I signed with them. I am pleased to have the peace of mind that our AC/Heat/Plumbing will be attended to on a regular basis for the next ten years. I have great confidence in this company based on my initial contact with them.

We have been very pleased with this company, after going to Home Depot and requesting an a/c contractor. We recently purchased a home that had only evaporative cooling, as well as a propane furnace, and were looking to modernize the house heating and cooling. The sales person Derrek contacted us and made an in-home estimate, showing us various options and performing a seal test of the house. He was friendly, polite and not high-pressure! Within less than a week, we had a crew at the house, installing the system. They were very thorough and careful to not damage the home, and did not try to rush through the job. As a matter of fact, when it was getting late, 2 of the crew returned the next day to finish the installation and test the system. A special mention goes to Dean, who was one of the most polite, helpful and patient guys we have ever met. We were impressed with how friendly, approachable and down-to-earth everyone was. They took their time to answer all questions thoroughly and there was always someone checking over the work of their colleagues, to insure nothing was left ignored or unfinished. The system works extremely well and has made a huge difference. Yes, you can get cheaper bids from other contractors, but remember that you get what you pay for - be careful to avoid cheap equipment that will merely malfunction in a couple of years and cost you much more in the long run.

I started out by calling 7 companies to get estimates. All are well known Tucson AC companies. Intelligent Design answered the phone promptly upon my calling. They were very pleasant on the phone and scheduled an appointment for me. They were right on time for their appointment. I was pleasantly surprised that for the appointment Andrew the owner came out personally . He walked us through the different things that would be done for the installation. They took the time to teach me about things like SEER and Tonnage and what they mean to me. Also they measured the house for the "Manual J heat load calculation" to figure out the new system size and gave me documentation from energy star and the US department of energy showing me why that process was critical to having the system installed properly. I felt more comfortable in purchasing from them based on the quality of the estimate and value of the proposed system. Sales process was very educational and believable. They were out to install the system in less than a day from the purchase decision. The installation went flawlessly. I was very impressed by the meticulous detail in sealing the potential leaks in the mechanical area and how clean they left my house. I love my new system The new unit is so much more quiet that what I was used to and runs much less. I am very excited to see the savings on my energy bill. Thank you Intelligent Design for such a wonderful service and install experience.

The initial appointment went well, the specialist was on time and explained things well; however, after waiting and two calls they did not send me a written estimate for repairs. I thought things were done so I provided a review of my experience here and started looking for a different provider to get a second opinion. One day later the owner of Intelligent Design, Andrew, personally called me back to inquire about the review and to see if he could provide service that met their reputation. We scheduled a follow up appointment for the next day for him to come out and personally double check my needs. Andrew came out, looked over my system, sent the information to his professionals, and provided me options on the spot for repairs to my HVAC system. In the end, their options were more comprehensive and competitive than the estimate I had from one of their competitors. They immediately scheduled the service and came out later that week to make the repairs/updates to my system. I am very grateful that they took my initial review seriously and showed me that they genuinely provide exceptional service. I will complete and update this review once the repairs have been made. A day before the install Dean Poole came out and measured my existing AC unit for the supports and drain. The install went smoothly. Everybody showed up on schedule including the crane they used to lift the AC up to replace the supports with the new stand. The crane operator was very considerate of my trees and completely avoided any damage to the branches. It was evident that everything went smoothly as they were done with the repairs in no time. The repairs/upgrades look great. Thank You.
