John Mancini was extremely professional, both in appearance and manners. He is, by far, the most meticulous and knowledgeable professional I have ever met! He explained all costs up front, proceeded to procure the necessary parts that weren't available initially, and double-checked his work, prior to leave. He kept a spotless work area and I greatly appreciate his candor in answering my questions. I would definitely recommend him and this company again. Slight glitch on the first scheduled appointment - the wrong serviceman was sent. Had to call to reschedule, but second visit went very smoothly - servicemen were a great team.

The person at Intelligent Design scheduled my appointment for timely service and sent out John who had also drained my water heater on a previous Angie's List visit. He was punctual, very pleasant and very professional in appearance and manner. He wore covers on his shoes as to not dirty the floors and carpets. The bathroom faucet was replaced and very neatly done. He was upfront about stating that the connections needed to be replaced and gave me the cost for doing this. After that was completed he did a quick showerhead replacement and provided me with courtesy " plumbing 101" instruction and tips for some of my other questions. I will certainly continue to call ID for any future plumbing and heating issues.

Showed up on time, fixed problem quick and was patient while cash was gotten (in laws had to make a cash run). Service was good and the guy (Chris Collette) was very nice. In laws really liked him.

We've had a service contract with Intelligent Design for one year. Their techs have always been friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Most recently our older AC unit failed at 7 PM on a 106 degree day. The tech arrived within an hour, quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced two fuses, and got our system cooling again with only a charge for the parts. We are confident in this company's advice and integrity and would definitely recommend them.

The tech was on time, knew the best way to approach the problem. Gave us the two options to choose from and showed us which would be the least amount of damage to the house. He did a great job and no mess. We didn't have to replace any drywall and stucco. Excellent job. We did buy the Angie's list offer for $69 and then the materials etc. were about $150 but very reasonable for a faucet that was destroyed by our rottweilers and leaked like crazy. We're very happy.

It was excellent. They were very, very thorough.

Half of installation costs paid, and promises from provider to hire subcontractors to correct issues with a substandard install. NO communication for months, and then finally a bill for the rest of the work with no resolution of problems. For a customer opinion and analysis, I would describe the company as victims of their own success, for the most part providing excellent installation and service, but trying to maintain this service while rapidly expanding a customer base doesn't seem to be working for them. The site evaluation went well, but the installation and subsequent interactions were rushed, to the point where it seemed easier to write us off than fix the final problems with our install.

He explained the difference between the sewer and water usage issues I was having. He explained what he did very thoroughly and the condition of my sewer lines, front and back. He was very professional and was not condescending toward me at all. It was very educational and helpful to understand everything since I just purchased this home in Dec 2025. Top-notch company.

Intelligent Design pride themselves on customer service and I can attest that they are top notch in that department. They are prom to arrive, keep the work area clean and leave no mess. They were very careful in the removal and replacement of the water heater, not banging into anything in the process. They also replaced worn out piping in the water heater attachments. Everything was done very professionally. They are also very courteous.

We decided it was time to replace our HVAC system as our unit was nearing 20 years. Did a lot of research on different companies and ID was by far the best with everything from Angies List, Rosie on the House, BBB Tucson and numerous positive reviews. They are a very Professional starting with the sales thru installation. You will not be disappointed! Our new system was installed in about 6 hrs and Areoseal was completed the following week. Everything was left as it was before installation (Clean and Neat) Wouldn't even know they were here except for a VERY QUITE and efficient air as compared to our old unit. We are very Happy we chose Intelligent Design and already have referred our friends to them. Thanks to everyone that makes this company what it is. John called me ahead of time saying he would arrive at approximately 10 AM. He was very punctual, professional, friendly, and was extremely good at his job. I explained the issue to him and he fixed the problem in a fast but efficient time, and the quote he gave me, turned out that I actually had to pay less. He also helped advise me on some concerns about my water heater, and water softening system. I will definitely have them return for my next project.

John was on time, and very professional. He stopped one of my toilets from running, and un clogged a drain in the bathroom. He recommended several things that would improve the overall plumbing in the house. I wasn't able to do all of the suggested items, and there weren't any high pressure sales tactics. He was honest and genuine. I did have to replace my water heater, which I had anticipated prior to him coming. He was very knowledgeable, and told me exactly what to expect upon installation. The installation team was on time, and professional as well. They showed me how to use the new unit, and went over all that they had done with the piping as well. I already have another appointment for Intelligent Water Design to check out my A/C. I am very pleased with the service I received and will definitely use them again.

The provider did a great job. I had multiple projects and he completed them all in a timely fashion. He worked on a kitchen facet, shower drain and toilet. I would recommend the provider, as he was excellent at fixing everything.

Intelligent Air Design did great. The technician was very prompt and extremely professional. I showed where both indoor units where (upstairs and downstairs) and also where the units were outside. He did what he needed to do in a respectful manner (I have 2 young kids) and when he was completed he went through every item on the list individually. His explanations of any problems were very clear and I was able to understand. He offered to schedule someone to have any issues fixed but unfortunately we have a home warranty that Intelligent Air does not work with so we had to go with an outside vendor. We will definite use Intelligent Air in the future.

Technician was very nice and seemed knowledgeable at the time. After a very bad experience with American Home Shield and their providers, I decided to go with Angie's List and picked this company (Intelligent) for checkup. After the tech checked everything out, he recommended replacement of our system. He did add 2 lbs of R-22. Said that system might go out at any time. A few days later the system went out. I got a quote from them for a new system. It was close to $10k. I checked with my family and they said get another company out there and check it out. I checked Angies's List again and got another company to come out. The tech was an older gentlemen who has been a tech for many years. He found the problem and fixed the a/c. I have to admit that Intelligent seemed to have a sales pitch ready as the tech made me feel like I should buy a new system (I mentioned that I couldn't afford a "doghouse" when he was talking about my buying a new system...he then asked how I was going to afford a new system...that made me very uncomfortable to say the least.) Oh well. I'm glad I got another company to come out and fix the problem...additional expense, but at least not in the thousands. Just to clarify why I gave an F. My a/c could be fixed and has been fixed. I bought two coupons from Angie's list from Intelligent ($48 and $69) thinking that I could head disaster off at the pass....not so. As I live in the desert my house got up to 100 degrees inside, I was extremely unhappy. I'm not happy that they just provided a quote for a new system...didn't even send anyone out to double check so I wouldn't have to live in 100 degrees until a new system could be installed....especially now that I know that the a/c was fixable...guess they wanted to have a new system purchased first. I do know that as any system ages, it will need to be replaced or repaired.

This was a several day effort. All were professional, friendly, and thorough. They worked carefully and did a nice job which involved routing pipes under a wall. They responded immediately when things beyond their control happened (regulator and tank failed during the install). Overall, employees were professional, friendly, and did a nice job. We were quite happy with their approach and concern to do things well.

The man was very efficient and didn't try too hard to sell me anything, which I xpected was the reason for the promotion. He did give me good advice about my older water heater and told me it was going to be out of complaince in the near future and I wuldn't be able to easily replace it when it went bad. However his estimate on the replacement was way out of line, very heavy on the labor charge. I did buy a new water heater and put it in storage for when I need it, and I'm thankful to him for educaitng me about the new laws.
