Description of Work: Checked A/C. Cleaned A/C with water and hose. Looked at furnace. Told me I needed a new A/C now or REAL soon and made recommendations. I was introduced to their maintenance plan as he proceeded to try to sell me the highest SEER rating A/C unit. I have knowledge of the A/C REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT process and do not trust anyone who immediately wants to sell me a unit with 16 SEER rating without going over other SEER's. I wanted to trust these guys, but it's summer and felt I was being pushed!

Description of Work: Arrived on time, Annual A/C service. Everything fine, no repairs needed. Did offer an annual plan for heat/ac maintenance but was polite and not pushy about it. Didn't leave any mess, the dogs liked him and that's a good sign.

Description of Work: I needed to have my air conditioning checked to insure it was working properly for the summer. Eric came out and explained what he was doing and showed me some problems. My air conditioning unit is 13 years old and needed a start up kit installed on the ground part and he put a water condensation shut of valve so I wouldn't have a leak in my attic. I am very happy with the work done. I have had the unit checked before by another company and no one noticed the problems with the unit. Thank you Eric.

Description of Work: Central AC inspection, verified pressure and amperage load. Seasonal Checkup. |It seems the scheduler had scheduled a different date an time as originally scheduled. Manager took control of the matter and arranged the technician to be on site to complete inspection. Time of arrival was a lot later than plan. Once tech (Reggie) arrived his professionalism, personality, and knowledge made all the difference.

Description of Work: A dheat exchanger stopped working. Int. Des. diagnosed the problem, which involved a dead component, and one that ought to have been there. Extremely professional, but a bit expensive, I think. But I do not have any way to compare component costs. Very knowledgeable, and informative.

Description of Work: After checking out my A/C-heating unit, the provider found over $900 in items needed to be fixed; but this would be free if I signed up for a $1,600 service program (which I learned after about an hour's presentation). Normally, I'm skeptical about these things, but my Unit is already 7 years old, and the service contract is excellent. I just wish I'd known I'd have to sit through the lengthy presentation.

He also introduced us to the activTek Induct 2000 "air scrubber", a cleaning system helpful for people with allergies, etc. we did purchase and have had restful sleep without medicine.
