Intel Lock - Tucson Locksmith

Waste of $125. Needed a chip key, of course he didn't make this known until after he made a regular key that didn't work and still wanted to get paid. If it wasn't 100 degrees outside and the fact I wasn't the one paying for it, I would've argued with this locksmith. I would expect them to be upfront and honest. He left with the money and didn't do anything. Luckily we found our missing key. I would've paid him half since he did come out on a Sunday afternoon but $125 for a key that doesn't work was a total ripoff. He was in a huge hurry and pretty rude considering he made $125 in 20 minutes. I'll never use this company again. If I could give zero stars, I would. Lori was great over the phone taking the calls so I gave the few stars for her. Brent was a waste of hard earned money. BEWARE

The young man did an excellent job. He even had to leave and come back in the evening to complete the job. He was very professional and cordial. Unfortunately, I forgot to post a review when the service was completed. I thought I had posted a review, but it was a crazy time, and I guess I forgot.

they replaced two dead bolt locks for me and rekeyed one so I had the same keys for front and back doors, total of 2 locks w/3 keys $300 seems awfully high to me..

Intel Lock was able to provide same day service. They were very easy to communicate with -- via text and email and phone. They clearly specified charges upfront. They came when they said they would and they called when they were on the way. Everything they replaced/keyed works! Excellent customer service.

On short notice I contacted them, they showed up within hours and completed an excellent job.

I was quoted one price then when he arrived he let me know there would be an installation fee(this was never covered when I called to set up the appointment), he was gracious enough to give me a discount on a fee I was not expecting, I ended paying 70 dollars more than expected. When he left, the boxes of the locks he installed were left on the floor where he worked, he did not clean up after himself and left all the locks he removed laying on the floor, after all he told me the charge was only for the installation not for the programming of my smart lock and left leaving me with a non-working lock, the good news is that the customer service in him kicked in and told me to call the vendor so they could help me program it. Will never use this company again!!!!!! Buyer beware!!!!! Hope this helps you make a wise decision.
