Top Notch Service and he wore a face mask the entire time.

It was horrible. He did something to our door and we can barely get it closed to lock it. I called him to come check and he said I need to maintenance the door. Well I did not need to maintenance the door before he came. Our staff can barely lock it at night. It takes forever. So now I have to have a door company come to see if/how they can fix it which will be more money spent that we do not have right now. I would say unbelievable but really these days it is not.

Quality work done in a timely manner. The price was very fair. The locksmith was friendly and did just what I asked, plus my floor was cleaned up before he left.

Per daughter at AZ home, Lori was very professional. With a mix-up having a Locksmith and handyman at the house was a little confusing. Lori took over lock job as hired. I appreciate her patience with the scheduling misunderstanding.

Wouldn t give me a quote until the tech showed up. When he showed up he took the lock cylinder to his truck to do something. Looked aggravated that I followed him. After less than a minute he came out of the truck and reinstalled the cylinder and asks for my house key. He locks and unlocks the cylinder and says that will be $85. Never got a quote before he did the work. After he leaves I discover that the lock can now be opened with ANY key that fits in the slot to include a small screwdriver. I call back in Monday and I m told they didn t rekey the lock and it has nothing to do with what the tech did. Horrible company. Very shady business and tech.

Ricardo was great.. It took a few days to get it right, but he kept me informed and when he needed help he asked for it... So eventually we got it done and he was great...

Make sure you hire someone who knows what they are doing before they start to tear it apart. We ended up having the dealership fix our ignition because after he tore it all out and two days later he couldn't figure out how to get it to work. According to dealership, it had been done incorrectly & that's why it wouldn't work.
