In 2012 we bought a house with a pool that had not been used in years and was in a dreadful state of disrepair. Integra redid the plumbing and electric wiring, removed existing plaster and replastered with quartz, installed new tile, and replaced all equipment (pump, filter, and salt chlorine generator). They hired subcontractors to install a solar heating system and new patio deck. Their workmanship was superb and we have been very happy with our "new" pool. What I admire most about Integra Pools is that they respond quickly to questions and offer advice, even though it has been six years since the work was done. They really stand behind their work.

Service was great. Prompt and honest. I was originally quoted approx. $1200 but when he came out to install and saw it was smaller than he thought he ordered the smaller one and adjusted the price down $400. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

Took a while, but went quite well. A few small issues came up. Those were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The crew were really nice and careful with keeping things picked up, not letting dogs get out the gate, etc. They were at my house when pool delivered; checked everything while delivery truck there. One piece was missing. They handled getting it. Throughout the process, they worked closely with Endless Pool people to be sure I was getting the right materials. It was more complex than I would have predicted.

They were very professional, cleaned up well, did what they said they would do and when they said they would do it.

Takes about 8 weeks to construct a pool/spa combination with a real granite rock water feature. Be prepared for your yard to be destroyed during construction, but it will be worth it when it is finished. Their work is well done and their subs were very good. All of the workers were very polite and treated our property as a home, not a construction site. I'm very pleased with the work and the follow-up to my questions. Would highly recommend them to a high quality pool/spa. Coordinated well with my contractor that was building an outdoor kitchen adjacent to the pool.

WE HAD AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE. THE POOL HAD TURNED OUT TO BE BIG AND BEAUTIFUL. THIS COMPANY WAS RECOMMENDED TO US BY ONE OF OUR CLOSE FRIENDS. THEY HAD GOTTEN A GREAT AMOUNT OF WORK DONE IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME.
