Waited 2 week to get an estimate, had to call them. 1st call I made was on a Friday, they said they were not finished with the estimate, so i mentioned that that it would hopefully be completed over the weekend. Still no estimate or communication, so I sent a text on Tuesday asking for a "ballpark figure" so I could start getting financing in order. However, the text estimate that was given was only for labor and permits -NO MATERIALS! Responded to them the need to include materials in cost. Mr. Ortiz responded that he would have the estimate to me by Friday at 7:00 p.m. Later the same day, he texted me asking me if they would also be painting the drywall (really?). To date, 8/15/19, I have not received any further communication from Mr. Ortiz, nor did the written estimate arrive by the time line of Friday, that he said he would send. Estimate was to be e-mailed or text to me. Obviously this is not a business I feel is reliable or would I do business with or recommend!
