 + -1 moreIt was excellent all the way through, the installers and the sales people. They moved all my furniture. They did a great job. They had a very good communication. They did everything I requested. Overall, it was a good experience.

 + -1 moreThe folks at the service desk were not trained to answer questions, or seek help when they don't know the answer. I was told flatly that they did not offer installation on kitchen sinks. Because I know better, I insisted in talking to a supervisor, and then I found out that they do offer installation at ridiculously high prices.
Description of Work: I went to Home Depot to purchase a replacement kitchen sink. Our porcelain sink was chipped, and I want a new one, made of stainless steel. Once I picked it out, I inquired about installation. I was told to go to the service desk. At the service desk I was told I needed to go back to plumbing as they didn't handle any installations. I finally spoke to someone knowledgeable, and they explained they sub-contracted with several companies, and the price for a sink removal and replacement started at $250. I laughed at them, and left the sink I had intended on purchasing, along with a new faucet. Home Depot lost a $250+ sale because they cannot offer reasonable prices on installation.
