Great. I was part of the purchase, but my wife made the final decision. The interaction with the associates was excellent. They have a large selection and priced competitively.

I called them and they guaranteed that they had the lowest prices in town so I took them on their words and I didn't call anybody else to compare it with but it might have been a mistake but I got a top of the line hot water heater. The price of the hot water heater is reasonable but there is a lot out there. Installation fee is high and there are permits which you have to get and that sort of things so that brought the overall cost up quite a bit. The cost of the hot water heater itself was reasonable for the quantity we got I think. They did what they were supposed to do.

I had a positive experience with them. They were good.

They had a better selection of options.

They replaced the rest of our Simonton windows. They completed the job with the original contractor. consequently beautiful windows, no drafts, quieter. lower utility heating and air conditioning bills. the house is warm and cozy. I would definitely rehire them for future work.

My experience with them has been pretty good.

Carpet installation was prompt, professional and completely satisfactory. Appliances came on time, old ones removed.

The Home Depot associate was very helpful and explained in detail what to expect and what I needed to do to prepare for the installation. The installer was on time, professional, and cleaned up afterwords. However, a few days later, when the light was "just right", I noticed two flaws in the edge of the countertop. I called the installer and the defects were repaired with no argument. A few days after that I discovered that the dishwasher had not been screwed back into the countertop. Again, I called the installer and they fixed it the same day. So, apart from two rather minor glitches, I am very happy with my countertops and the installation.

OUR AIR CONDITIONER QUIT WORKING SO WE HAD TO GET IT SERVICED. IT TURNED OUT WE NEEDED TO PURCHASE A NEW ONE AND HAVE IT INSTALLED. HOME DEPOT HAD TO SUB-CONTRACT A DIFFERENT COMPANY. THAT IS WHY IT COST US SO MUCH.

MY SON TOOK ME TO HOME DEPOT FOR A FEW THINGS WHEN I SAW THEY HAD THE DOOR I WAS THINKING OF PURCHASING. SO I PURCHASED THE DOOR, BUT WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE INSTALLATION, THEY DID NOT COME WHEN THEY SAID, AND THEY TOOK TOO LONG.
