Description of Work: In June 2012 we ordered carpet from Home Depot and it was installed shortly thereafter. In August 2013 and again in May 2014 we ordered custom shutters through Home Depot which were made and installed by Weaver's Shutters. We have been pleased with the quality and performance of all of the above.

Description of Work: The sale was done thru Home Depot but the installation was performed by Western States Flooring. The vinyl flooring was delivered several days prior to the installation as required. We had 2 bedrooms that needed new flooring. The installers were very punctual and did a great job and cleaned up. I bought them lunch as they wanted to work thru the lunch hour. I definitely would have them do it again.

Description of Work: I did not use Home Depot for several reasons, but if their price had been competitive i might have put up with their other annoyances. Initially, when the numbers started coming together it seemed that cost would have been comparable to the company I ended up using. Then, I realized that Home Depot's prices did not include installation. Home Depot gave me no design help or even suggestions. I also decided that the project was too expensive to rely on my own judgement in what would work in my house....I opted for professional help from a designer and while the project isn't quite complete I am happy with how it has gone and the results.

Description of Work: I bought laminate flooring for an extension we added to our bedroom. I had been looking at flooring for some time and had some samples at home. I particularly liked one sample and I called three Home Depots to ask if they had it in stock. It was too much of a problem for two of them to look up, but the woman I talked to at the Broadway store followed thru' and found it. When I went there, the staff in that department went to great lengths to help me find what I was looking for, including checking on very high and hard to reach selves. This was in stark contrast to the lack of interest I encountered at the other branches of this chain.

 + -1 moreTHE PEOPLE FROM HOME DEPOT WERE VERY UNDERSTANDING WITH ME. I TOLD THEM WHERE I WANTED EVERYTHING TO GO. THEY DID IT ALL IN A REASONABLE TIME AND IN A VERY TIMELY MATTER.
Description of Work: I HAD MY WHOLE KITCHEN REMODELED, COMPLETE WITH NEW APPLIANCES.

 + -1 moreI WAS VERY UNSATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THE PRICE WASN'T UP TO MY EXPECTATIONS. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANY BODY TO GO THROUGH HOME DEPOT FOR ANY KIND OF WORK THEY NEED DONE.
