Took a while to get everything approved, but the job was very well done by Spencer Roofing for Home Depot.

We had an air conditioner replaced and it was by Home Depot. They did what they said they were going to do. The customer service was good. The system is working out very good so far. There were just a few coordination problems in scheduling.

Order was placed. Rug was available in 24 hours When I picked it up it was ready at customer service desk. No waiting required Product was as stated. Pleased with product

The installer from Green Craft was friendly, but basically manhandled the cabinets and slapped them up as quickly as possible so he could get to other jobs. The cost for installation charged by Home Depot is 79.00 per cabinet, and the installer bragged that he was making $120 per hour hanging cabinets for Home Depot. Unfortunately, he was not a craftsman who valued the quality of his work. Home Depot had failed to order toe kick in the initial cabinet order. The installer called Home Depot immediately to tell them that there was no toe kick in the delivery, but it took Home Depot two weeks to get around to ordering it, and another two weeks for delivery, than another two weeks for Green Craft to schedule the installer to come back and finish the job. The planner for Green Craft incorrectly measured the location of the hot water line and the drain line, so that the hot water line was outside the sink cabinet - he suggested cutting a hole in the side of the cabinet to reach the hot water line - and the drain line was too high to allow the sink to drain completely! I learned that Home Depot is too closely allied with Green Craft, and is unwilling to get them to do the job to the customers satisfaction.

They were really cheap when it comes to price. They were nice and knowledgeable.

It was okay but it was more than I originally thought and it probably wasn't fair because it was more than the quote they told me in the store but after researching, whatever they said was true and it was the work that I needed. They came on time and they were very friendly though they were a little pushy. I decided not to do it but they keep calling and I thought it was little bit too much. I guess they're just trying to be nice and they gave me a lot of information.

They were very good. Everything went well. They stood by what they did.

It was just one man that came out and I guess they subcontract with another company. I would recommend them. I thought it was very good service. The guy was very professional and it worked out good. It was a good deal. Plus it was also protected by a Home Depot warranty when he did it, so I liked that. I thought they were a little bit pricey. I could have get a handyman to do it, but then that wouldn't have given me the extended warranty that Home Depot was offering.

It has been excellent. What I like is the fact that they have designers who work with you and they do not charge extra for that service, that's just part of buying cabinets from them. The products they sell are as good as any custom cabinets that you could get elsewhere, unless you want an exotic kind of wood or unusual configuration, but as far as structure and quality, I don't see any difference.

It was easy to work with them.

Pam the salesperson at Home Depot was nice and helpful, but the really great experience was dealing with Western Flooring, their subcontractor. I was lucky enough to get Dave as my installer. He is wonderful and a true professional. His work is flawless and I loved the way it turned out. Thanks Dave.....and thanks Western Flooring. You are the best!!!

We got very good assistance from the sales woman in the appliance department. She looked up lots of different models to be sure we were getting what we expected, and found some points we had missed when researching it on our own on the manufacturer's web-site. We found her assistance to be very low-key (unlike a lot of appliance dealers in Tucson); she was able to give us some discounts which made the price better than anyone else's as well. Delivery occurred as expected.

I never hired them to do the work. The sales specialist could NOT answer any of my questions. She did not know how to order the item I wanted and took down my name and number to call me when she could find out how to order my item. Then I called her with some questions concerning the warranty, wear, etc and she could answer none of them. I called the manufacturer myself to get the answers to my questions. Then we decided to order on-line and do the work ourselves so I wouldn't have to deal with the store personnel but the website is unable to locate the carpet reducer even though I had the item number. When I emailed for help, I got a stock "we are sorry we do not carry your item" instead of telling me how to order the carpet reducer. Very bad customer experience.

MY NEW CARPET LOOKS WONDERFUL. IT SETS OFF THE COLOR OF MY WALLS AND MY FURNITURE LOOKS GREAT ON IT. THEY WERE IN AND OUT OF MY HOME IN NO TIME. I ALREADY HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM.

THE STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PROPERLY EDUCATED IN THEIR FIELD. THEY WERE A GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH. OVERALL THEY WERE GREAT AND I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

WE'RE VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND DID THE JOBS IN GOOD TIME. THEY WERE THERE THE DATE AND TIME THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE AND THEY FINISHED IN THE TIME THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE.

WHEN THE WORKERS INSTALLED MY CARPET, THEY MADE SURE THEY WEREN'T GETTING IT DIRTY. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.
