I sent them a message and was contacted and made an appointment. Bryan came right on time (on the dot!) and within probably 15 minutes, the leak was fixed. I had envisioned tearing through the drywall, which we had to do previously on a different leak. The space under the bathroom sink is very tight, and this leak was up high near the cold water faucet. But the job was done professionally, with no noise or debris left behind. Bryan was very considerate of my husband, who was very sick, in a hospice bed in the living room. I would definitely use Hester Plumbing again.

I had a sick friend and it was his house they worked around my schedule on both occasions work was done fast they left no mess I would definitely use them again and refer them to others.

It was okay. I had to call them out three times to fix their install. They didn't get right the first time. They were very nice and very helpful. I just don't know the level of expertise of their technician. I don't know if they rushed it or they didn't care. The owner I think has to care. It was with the technicians. They lacked facts.

Flawless from start to finish. Brian Hester, the owner himself, called me back within 6 hours of emailing him on Angie's list. Gave me a choice of repair dates. Worked around my schedule. Flawless from start to finish. His son Brandon, an experienced plumber, came out on Saturday morning of Labor Day weekend. I was his only customer that day so clearly Hester Plumbing worked around my busy schedule. Arrived 5 minutes early. Very professionally dressed and got right to work! Under 40 minutes to remove old kitchen faucet and install new one. Brought in exactly the tools he needed so no delays. Inventoried new faucet box of parts before starting the job to ensure no surprises. Then expertly and carefully replaced shower faucet cartridge to fix leaking fixture, and replaced shower head. Very efficient but not rushed. Also took time to explain other plumbing questions I had around the house and garage. Under 75 minutes for all 3 jobs, and all my advice-questions answered. I had purchased a $75 coupon off Angie's List valid only for the kitchen faucet installation. Brandon told me NO CHARGE for all the shower work! Wow, for such an inexpensive kitchen faucet replacement, I also got over 35 minutes of additional expert work for free! When does that EVER HAPPEN? Needless to say, I gave Brandon on my own a "tip" for his generosity of time and effort, expert work, and sage advice on other plumbing questions I had. I will definitely keep all plumbing work reserved for Hester Plumbing. It is a small father and 2 son's business, but all 3 are seasoned professionals.

Prompt response even though it was not an emergency. Bryan was pleasant, quick, efficient and very competent. In and out in under half an hour and rechecked everything several time.

It went great. I have additional work I want them to do but they haven't returned my call. I left another message today.

The installers did a very good job

Mr. Hester, the owner of Hester Plumbing arrived right on time. He did the job in about 15 minutes. Mr. Hester was very professional and personable. He didn't mind that I watched what he did. A very good experience.

The son of the owner came to help fix a plumbing problem left by another company (that we used through an Angie's List Big Deal). The earlier plumber installed an osmosis water filtration system -- after the installation however when we used the garbage disposal, water backflowed and got out from the air gap of the osmosis filtration. The earlier plumber claimed that it was due to bad configuration of our under sink plumbing and there was nothing he can do unless we redo everything including all the pipes and even the garbage disposal. So we called Bryan. He sent his son over. The son was on time, very clean and professional. He tried a couple of different ways to reconfigure our under sink plumbing connections, which fixed most of the back flow problem. He needed a part and came back again the 2nd time when the part was available. He worked for a total of 2-3 hours, and fixed the problem (without redoing everything including all the pipes and the garbage disposal as the earlier plumber claimed). We are so glad that there is now no messy water backflow and we can use both the garbage disposal and the osmosis filtration system!

They are a smaller company that was willing to come out to do a small job. They don't have a lot of overhead that would keep them from coming out to do small jobs like hidden truck/travel charges. He went over the 1 hour for the deal but didn't charge me for the extra time. He was upfront and no additional charges.

On time, clean and professional. Owner and sons were all there. Everything was done in 5-6 hours. Have had no problems since which is a relief. Old pipes were a daily concern that they would burst, now I can sleep at night.

I bought the water heater through Lowe's, so didn't choose this company, but I'm glad Hester plumbing installed my water heater. My old water heater started to make a horrendous noise, so I went to Lowe's to buy a new one on Saturday afternoon. The owner of Hester's Plumbing called me on Sunday to schedule an appt for Monday, which was a holiday. I didn't even expect to hear from them until at least Tuesday (Lowe's told me they had 2 business days to contact me) but the install was completed on Monday morning. So far ,so good. They arrived right on time and were polite and respectful of both me and my home. Even though they had to remove one water heater and install a new one, to include running water to flush out the system (which was rather loud but not their fault) they managed to do the whole job without waking my sleeping husband or spooking my two timid cats. Well done. The entire job to include explaining maintenance, cleaning up and removal of the old heater was right around an hour. I don't get a lot of days off, so I am glad the job was quick so I could enjoy a rare day off. I'm very happy and will use this company next time I need any plumbing work.

It went pretty well. Bryan (the owner) called us after we purchased the Angie's list Big Deal and scheduled an appointment. He came on time and quickly fixed all of our plumbing problems I mentioned to him. He is very professional and reasonable. He knows a lot about plumbing, very impressive. I used his service again for a few other repairs in our old house, after the Big Deal visit. I would highly recommend him.

eTwo young men, one named Hester, came to do the work, actually a day early; we were pleased for that. The work was completed in short order after I explained that a new shutoff valve and assembly were needed. This was told to Lowes salesman so I was surprised that the installers did not know it. They were friendly, courteous and efficient. I really cannot complain about the price, since it was set (somewhat high in my opinion) by Lowes. What I do complain about is that they put the toilet into operation without even checking the tank. After reinstalling the shelf work over the toilet area, after a day or two we noticed that the toilet would run and then stop every minute or two for five seconds. After a few days we reluctantly tried home troubleshooting. Opening the tank required jerking out the shelf work. Surprise, there was a huge piece of paper instructions inside the tank that had broken up and was stopping up the water outlet valve and causing a slow leak.

Went well courteous and clean and friendly and knowledgeable, did a good job but wish would of consulted with me about sink Fawcett being wobbly before final install.with other options ,

Brandon and Adam arrived on timeand did a wonderful job. Very professional. They cleaned up after their work. I will defintely call them again when I need plumbing repairs.

Brian provided outstanding service. He asked the right questions over the phone and then made sure he brought the correct pump. His work looks really good and everything was cleaned up. I will definitely call Hester when I need a plumber.

Bryan arrived on time and completed all the work in record time. Was professional. Left the areas clean. Double checked all was working before he left. Additionally my neighbor needed a new faucet installed. The install was preplanned, had the new faucet ordered and delivered beforhand. Bryan installed it in about 20 minutes. No fuss, no muss.
