Description of Work: Replaced shower valve.

Description of Work: Purchased two hrs worth of time from Hester Plumbing through Angies List for $99.00 . Needed a new toilet with a shut off value installed in the master bath plus several other minor plumbing needs throughout the house. Two young men arrived ( on time ) and I learned at that time that Hester Plumbing was a family run business and the two young men were his sons. They were a pleasure to have in my home. They did the jobs I required and at NO time did they try to talk me into having additional work done ( unknown to them I did need a major project done ) . They were professional in all manner or work and cleaned up to the point where you couldn't tell that they had even been in the house. All replaced items etc were removed at no additional cost. I was very pleased with the work performed. All of my communication with Hester Plumbing was done via email. I was so impressed with these young men and their performance that I contacted the father ( via email ) and requested a price for additional work I needed. The price for this work was excellent at which time I authorised the additional work and made arrangements for this work to be done by the end of week. Again these same two young men showed up on time with the material I had requested and completed the work in a timely manner.. I will use Hester in the future for any additional plumbing work I might need. It is a family run business and it was obvious they were knowledible about the work and how to complete same in a timely manner.

Description of Work: It went fine. I spoke with the owner and he said they don't do drain cleaning and that it was stated in the ad. I told him I didn't see it and he said I should contact Angie's List and get a refund. He was very pleasant.
