Description of Work: Henden poured the concrete for 2 new construction 3700sf homes. He took care of the the post tension and concrete pour. Work was done as scheduled and they had a clean work environment throughout the process. I would recommend them for any concrete work.

 + -1 moreThey were in a hurry to finish and get out. They did cooperate with us during the work to be sure that footings for other work were provided..
Description of Work: Henden Poured a concrete slab as part of a larger job. They did a poor job of cleaning up after there work and did not lave any instructions on what we should do after they left. For example, how often to water the new deck to give the proper cure. Also there was a crack that formed a few days after the work.

Description of Work: They were a sub contractor for some work we had done. The did the pour of the concrete for a patio. The work was good but they did not do a good job of cleaning up after the pour. However this may have been a communication problem with the contractor for the larger part of the job.

 + -1 moreExcellent! Lupe honored an estimate that they had given us 16 months ago when we finally had the money for this patio addition. Our goal is to make a front courtyard patio as our home is small. Henden was very responsive to our calls and questions, and we were scheduled with only a 1 1/2 week wait. The workers were very professional, arriving when they said they would and calling us with any questions. The work looks great, and we've had many neighbors ask for Henden's information. We paid the day of service, and got an apologetic and polite letter 2 weeks later saying that they accidentally lost the check. The letter also asked for us to repay them and to deduct any stop check fees that our bank imposes. I was wondering why the check wasn't cashed yet. All in all, I really respect this company from top to bottom, and the polite but honest letter sealed my opinion!
Description of Work: They poured a new patio floor for us. They arrived when they said they would, removed all the existing rocks and plants, and poured a wonderful looking concrete pad. They anchored their work with rebar into the existing concrete to prevent problems. They also installed rebar along the edge of the pad for the masons who were coming the next week to build a knee wall. Henden also formed an evenly smooth cutout area where my outdoor faucet comes out of the ground, rather than locking the pipes into concrete. The crew built seams into the concrete pad to reduce future cracking.

 + -1 moreWE WERE REALLY HAPPY WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY SHOWED UP WHEN WE SCHEDULED THEM TO. WE HAD TO HAVE THE CONCRETE POURED BEFORE THE COMPANY CAME TO BUILD THE PORCH. THERE WAS A TIGHT SCHEDULE, SO WE WERE VERY HAPPY THAT EVERYTHING WORKED OUT.
Description of Work: THEY POURED THE CONCRETE FOR MY NEW PORCH.
