Description of Work: Martin, Headlee owner, needed to fix a leak in a small roof over our kitchen window. It was warranty work. The project was left 3/4 done. Ugly patching, gaping holes, gobs of silicone and no paint to cover the half-a** work. And this is on a 6 figure home in the Pusch Ridge area of Tucson, AZ. I had a company come and finish the project and sent Headlee the invoice for reimbursement. I have had no response and don't expect one. No excuse for a poke in the eye. This company won't see a nickle from me.

Description of Work: Martin Headlee came on schedule gave me a good review and action plan for my problem. Very professional and understandable. I was really looking forward to his quote which never came. His office said he had some serious family health concerns that occupied his mind. Never did get an estimate from him and settled for another roofer for the work.

+ -1 moreI had a leak during the recent monsoon storms. Martin Headlee came out to see what the problem was. Fortunately what he found was more of a maintenance issue than a repair issue. His folks came out about a week later to take care of the maintenance.

Description of Work: Martin Headlee responded quickly when I asked him for an estimate for coating our flat roof - even though the monsoon season just started and his work was back-logged. He provided an estimate for the coating, and indicated that 5 wooden blocks that elevate a gas line above the roof needed replacement. The estimate was in line with a second estimate we received. Since our roof was not leaking we agreed to wait a couple of weeks to have the work done. The roof was cleaned, defects repaired/coated, blocks replaced, and coating applied in about 4 hours, start to finish, and I am pleased with the quality of the work. | |I had work done by Headley in 2007 when they fixed a leak we had, and coated the flat roof at that time. It has lasted since then.

+ -1 moreWhile I viewed this company on Angie's List and through BBB and the state licensing board, it was a family member's recommendation that helped narrow down who to choose when we had a roof leak during our rainy season. From the beginning, they were great. The office manager gave me a 2 hour window that they would be here but also said she would try and get the workers out before. They were able to come out earlier and quickly found and fixed the leak. Since severe weather was predicted for the next few days, this was a big relief!

Description of Work: I requested a quote for a new Roof. Martin came to my home and reviewed the roof. He suggested a replacement. I agreed and he was to email me a quote. I received the quote and it was quite higher than I expected. I did get the roof replace by another company at a price 30% lower with more work included.
