 + -1 moreWe have used Terrance for 4 rental inspections. He has always been timely for the appointments, even when our timing was tight. He has been very thorough, explaining his findings as he went along and dictating them to his associate, who would enter the information as he went. He was then able to present the final report, including very specific color photos when he was finished. The only thing he has missed was some tile roof issues on one house. He is not allowed to walk on the tile and the problem area was above what he could see from a ladder. We have complete confidence in Terrance's competence and will use him again when needed,

 + -1 moreI selected Terrence because he provided the most comprehensive sample report of the four Tucson-area home inspectors that I contacted. His sample report, and his actual report, contained a large number of color photos, along with highly-specific descriptions. Terrence pointed out many problems with my in-law's home, including some fairly subtle issues that I think would have been easy to miss. Terrence is very thorough, prompt, and conscientious. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Description of Work: Provided complete inspection of house. The team inspected and recorded the findings on a computer brought to the site. Provided print-out with color photos. Later answered a question that I had in a courteous and prompt manner.
