Description of Work: Matt came out to give me an estimate on a patio I wanted in my backyard made out of pavers that I purchased. We agreed that I would pay him $200.00 down and the balance when the job was completed. The completed job was ok, but he left a mess in my yard and on the carport. He did not communicate with me to find out if I was happy with the finished job or to even let me know that the job was completed. I was upset because I had to clean up the mess he left and I felt that the right, ethical thing for this company to do is to reduce the price of the job. Instead, all I got was threats from Rob Scott to take me to small claims court and to put a lean on my property. This is the rudest, unethical person I have ever dealt with. I would like it to be known that I am paying the full amount I owe, not because I am intimidated by his threats, or because I think I am wrong, but simply to put an end to dealing with this distasteful person! I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Description of Work: I had a leak under my sink and the entire floor under my sink had to be removed, and the floor "box" replaced. It took about 4 hours and was $350. The man was nice, and on time, I just thought the price was a little high but the quality was great. The only other complaint was I had a $50 off coupon which they did not accept. It was a val pak, they said they would use next time, but I may not need again.

Description of Work: I asked the service to do several tasks including the installation of a Pur water filter on my kitchen sink. About one week after the installation, the faucet started to leak when the filter was used. I called and the repair person came to my house and told me that he would tighten the filter but it would always leak. I wish that he had told me this before he did the work and I paid him.
